    Terrible- they tricked me into thinking I was on the venue website and charged me 3 times more than the ticket price directly from the venue. This site is a scam!!

    I was charged $543.95 and when I received my 3 concert tickets the face value is $69.50. The customer service rep (not fluent in english) can not effectively explain the difference in the price! How do I tell my 2 friends going with me, yes the ticket says $69.50 but it is really $148.00 and service fees?

    They are a complete scam. The customer service reps hung up on me, called me a liar, and refused to let me talk to anyone else. I talked to about 4 different people and they all said the same thing, that they were the only person I could talk to and they were unable to transfer calls. They finally agreed to refund my tickets, and then I got a call back days later saying they changed their mind and would not be refunding the tickets. I have screen shots to prove I am in the right and they still won’t issue the refund. How is this allowed to go on??

    Same as previous comments, complete scammers. Dupe customers by looking and acting as a representative of the venue using redirects or search engine optimization techniques. Charge much higher than venue or artist for tickets that are available at face value.
