  Wish I had checked reviews first before buying tickets. They really rate at a -1, below zero. Be warned, this is a scam. I made the mistake and purchased two tickets and I paid the price ($327) for my mistake. Tickets were never received. I requested canceling the order and a refund, both of which were denied. Do not use this site.

  I was tricked and misdirected to Ticket-Center.com when looking at Mountain Winery's summer concert schedule. They clearly pay Google a premium to show up first in ad searches. After checking with the actual venue (which I thought Ticket-Center.com was affiliated with) I came to realize that I just paid 2x more. Further, their ticket processing fees were $60 per ticket!!! I immediately called to cancel and get a refund, but they denied me stating that it's in their Terms and Conditions (click here that you agree...) which now prevents me from disputing the charges with my Credit Card company. These guys are a bunch of tricksters.

  This is a second party seller. I had searched for ticket master and somehow was redirected to tickets-Center. I paid 380 for two concert tickets and my friend paid 150 for two tickets right next to us direct from the artist’s website. Lesson learned for me! I also had to download their app onto my phone to be able to retrieve these very overpriced tickets!! I called customer service and they said I agreed to their terms at purchase, no refund, no price adjustment!

  I recently purchased tickets to a comedy show. Same experience as all the previous reviews. I didn't realize they were ripping me off by over charging. I'm currently going to file a dispute with Ticket-Center through my bank. I'd just like to warn others to STAY AWAY from this company. They will not issue refunds. And tickets aren't delivered digitally til the day of or before. I've also read that some tickets aren't even accepted at the venues. So I repurchased from the actual vendor. I am still filing a dispute just to try to at least get it back. $600 for 3 tickets. The venue itself only charged $300 for better seats.

  I purchased 4 tickets for Hamilton from tickets-center that was redirected to me from another website. When I called and asked why they were selling tickets at a higher price than the venue they did not have an answer. They also would not provide me with the tickets until 2 days prior to the event. They did give an option of reselling tickets I do not have electronically or physically. After reading these reviews I do not feel like I’ll get my money back and feel dumb for falling for such a scam!

  I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR A CONCERT IN SEPT 2022 AND I CAN'T MAKE IT. I WANT A REFUND BUT THEY SAID NO. I EVEN ASKED FOR A PARTIAL REFUND AND THEY SAID NO. I CAN'T EVEN GET THE TICKETS NOW, THAT I BOUGHT, SO THAT I CAN SELL THEM. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD GET THE ELECTRONIC TICKETS 3 DAYS BEFORE THE VENUE. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SELL THESE TICKETS IF I DON'T PHYSICALLY HAVE THEM!!!! I AM SUPER UPSET AND AM GOING PUBLIC WITH THIS CAUSE THIS SEEMS SUPER SHADY AND FRAUDULENT AND I WANT OTHER PEOPLE TO BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. -5 STARS

  Total scam- I went to the theater site and hit the 'buy tickets' button and was taken to this site-I thought it was legit-I lost $600 but I did contact my bank who is going to dispute it- be very careful- this site buys tickets and then sells 2-3x more that they are worth.

  Definitely a scam. Misrepresents itself. Prices are inflated and seats are misrepresented.

  I accidentally purchased tickets through this site after being redirected from another. I called immediately to cancel the order. They would not allow me to do so. They promised the tickets would be emailed to me 48 hours prior to the show. They were not. I waited on hold for 45 minutes before finally speaking with someone. I was told my tickets weren’t available. They then offered me worse tickets for the same price. Absolutely horrible business. Luckily, I was able to get a refund.
