    As with everyone else, I was led to their site thinking that I was on the venue's site. I decided not to buy them, but someone that I know fraudulently used my debit card and email account to purchase the tickets as a prank. I did not give permission for the purchase. I was charged 3 x the amount for the play tickets. I put a hold on the payment at my bank and it now is in limbo. The bank has not gotten a response from them and neither did any of my emails.

    I finally contacted them through their live chat who then gave me the customer service phone number. A guy named Daniel who sounded like he was in a foreign country took all the info, put me on hold to talk to the "supposed" supervisor, and then would call me back. Needless to say, I never heard from them. So I called them again the next day and a young lady in the Philippines was very sweet and gave me the run around also. Kept me on hold twice for 10 minutes each time and then came back saying that I could not have a refund. In the meantime, I found this site and saw all the complaints and knew that I was doomed.

    Don't even bother calling, writing, or emailing them. Just consider your money lost and stolen. I can not believe that they are still in business! Ticket scalpers sell their tickets through this company which is a deplorable outrage under the guise of being reputable.

    I was tricked to use the website tickets-center.com when buying tickets to PNE at Vancouver. They posed as the official PNE ticket seller and unfortunately I fell for it. The event is at the end of August and they "confirmed" that I get the tickets the day before. Reading the other reviews I am concerned that I will show up with 7 friends at the venue and we will not be allowed in even though I paid $1,200 for specific seats. What can I do proactively to make sure we can attend the venue? PNA said they cannot check if the tickets are legitimate on their end, tickets-center is not giving me any more information besides the promised delivery on the day before. I have no way to cancel. I need help.

    Horrible, horrible company. They buy tickets to concerts at regular price and sell them for over 3x the original price. I thought I was on the venue’s website and unfortunately after purchasing immediately found out I was scammed. I didn’t realize you cannot get a refund if you make a mistake and purchase. Please be warned never to purchase anything from Ticket-center. They should be ashamed of ripping people off!

    This came up on a Yahoo ad. They said the concert was almost sold out so I bought tickets without checking elsewhere. It was NOT almost sold out -- there is still LOTS of available tickets, and at less than half what I paid! I overpaid by over $500. All sales final. This is a terrible business and I hope they all rot in hell for cheating people with their dishonest tactics.

    This company is a complete fraud. Tickets were fake and when I called in, it routed me to an Indian call center and woman named “Florence” took my call. She wouldn’t give me the address of the business which is a huge red flag. I ended up having to dispute the charges on my credit card because she refused to refund the money. They sent a follow up email asking how satisfied I was about my phone call and all it had was a happy face emoji and a frown face emoji. Please save your money and stay away from this scam company.

    Scam! Three times the price. Hope my tickets work!
    I thought I was on the performers sight, and I wasn't. Totally scammed for ridiculous amounts and now I'm not even sure I have real tickets!

    Thought I was buying tickets from the venue. NOPE. Paid almost $200 for what is $42 through the venue. BE CAREFUL.

    I purchased three musical tickets for +$130 each and they charged $90 as a service fee, so $450 total. Later, I found that another ticket venue is selling the same seat for $45 each! The WORST experience I have ever had at buying any concert tickets!
