    I bought tickets for an event at the palace theater in Greensburg I paid $350 for 2 tickets to Scotty mccreery. The tickets stated rows A-Y. I would have bought directly from the palace theater site but accidentally clicked into this site. Stated limit seats. Received my tickets at $58 dollars each I got ripped off of over $200 dollars. I don’t mind if I had to pay a small fee but this is insane. They gave me the cheapest tickets in that section better ones were available I noticed after the fact through the palace theater, very disappointed!!

    I ordered tickets for a show next week. This business was the first and repeated online choice for Arena theater in Washington DC - which implied they were ticketing for the theater. Very misleading - they should never be allowed by FCC to be the first listing online. They did say once purchased could not be returned or exchanged - but who thinks they want to exchange tickets. When an online confirmation arrived it said tickets would come via special delivery - and the choices were: meet someone near the theatre, will call or electronic. That is not special delivery. There was no listing of the seat numbers purchased - so I called the number listed and started asking questions. Thats when I really started to see this as a dishonest business scam. After long call of complaint I also filled in a survey - as an unhappy customer.

    I called the Arena theater directly later - and found out they had plenty of tickets and they were half the price (this dishonest business had all kinds of add ons after the listed ticket price). They also said they had taken were a number of similar calls by others.

    Lesson - DO NOT BUY TICKETS ONLINE

    As other customers stated, they came up on a search for tickets, while looking for the real venue’s website. It looked legit. Checking after we bought, they were still tons of tickets left. Tickets that should have been $224 total were $402. This company should be shut down.

    They are a scam. I purchased tickets to a game. I was told I wouldn’t receive my tickets until the day of the event which I did not know before I bought the tickets. I called customer service because I got sick and wasn’t going to be able to attend the event. I was informed that I don’t qualify for a refund. I was told I could resale the tickets but not through them. I was also told I still wouldn’t receive my tickets until the seller decides to send them. Jennie the customer service agent I had informed me that it was nothing she could do to help me. She said other sites “normally” let you sell tickets on there without actually having the tickets which I couldn’t find. It just was an all around unhelpful and bad experience.

    Accidentally purchased 2 tickets ($373.50), from this company, almost lost my money, they refunded me 15 minutes before the show started. Probably the most unethical, illegitimate business I have ever dealt with. Their business model is based on obfuscation (using Ticket Center name) & open fraud.
    How is it possible that they have been running this business for 11 years? BBB,
    please investigate & terminate this company! ——I can’t possibly give this company any stars, not even 1! If there was a negative star scale it would be a NEGATIVE 10! -**********
    Oh great, I can’t leave a review without giving them a star!

    RIP OFF. This company charged me $121 each ticket for a show that was not sold out. I found out later the venue had them for $22 a ticket. They were the first site to come up and I was the sucker who paid it. I called them they refused to refund the money and no matter how many times I asked would not let me talk to anyone else.

    Scam ripe off bought 4 ticket for Garth Brooks obstructed view sent pic came back with those were not are seat another lie they should be ashamed .paid 4x more for ticket than the 4 seats beside us with no obstructed view .never ever buy tickets from this site .lesson learned .??????

    I agree with comments posted on this site. I thought that I was purchasing tickets through the venue. I purchased a ticket for the Chris Rock Show at the Fox for 6X what the cost should have been. I purchased front row seats( to AA). When I received the actual ticket it was in Row W!!!! They lied!!! STAY AWAY from this company!!!
