  This company will not give a refund even in the event that their tickets are not downloadable. Also be prepared to have to download apps and spend much time chasing down tickets.

  Ticket-Center way overcharged for my concert tickets and then never delivered. They offered me lesser seats for a tiny discount. They say they are refunding. They should be shut down!

  This company is awful. I was first tricked into visiting the site by searching for Ticketmaster. I was multi-tasking at the time and tickets-center.com has a very similar design to Ticketmaster.com, which is deceptive. I didn't realize I wasn't purchasing with Ticketmaster until I had checked out and received my confirmation. Upon realizing the situation, I automatically contacted tickets-center.com asking for a refund. They ignored me for several weeks. Meanwhile, I contacted my credit card and reported this scam, having the charges reversed. Weeks later, my credit card added the charge back to my credit card. When I attempted to contact tickets-center.com again asking for a refund, they responded saying that cannot do so, and that I should go resell on another platform. I refuse to pass that scam along and sell "tickets" to another customer to be scammed.

  On March 13, 2025, I went online to purchase tickets to a 7-18-25 concert at the 2025 Cheyenne Frontier Days and while purchasing the tickets, the HOST WEBSITE was attacked by a BOT and I was unknowingly redirected to tickets-center.com to complete my purchase. I initiated the purchase and once completed, I was charged $711.49 for 2 tickets!! I then went back to the HOST WEBSITE and there was a banner message saying "we are aware of an issue preventing buyers from entering the ticket portal....." I kept on waiting to see if I was just scammed and about 30 minutes later the banner message was updated to say ".... a bot attack disrupted the ticket buying process...." Tickets were then postponed until 3-17-25. Even my local news station shared that tickets were hacked (https://www.9news.com/article/entertainment/music/colorado-music/cheyenne-frontier-days-postpones-ticket-sale-axs-bot-attack/73-6c4c981a-5e73-4f3a-a967-f14a51d821d8). When I contacted customer service with Tickets-Center.com and I shared with them that this was a scam purchase, they assured me that the tickets are real (even though I have not received them yet) and that I would receive them on or before 7-16-25 and that they will not issue a refund of any sort. I then shared with them the reviews that are listed with the BBB and indicated that there IS EVIDENCE of the providing a FULL REFUND to a customer who filled a complaint on 11-18-24. Ticket-Center.com issued a response to this customers complaint on 11-26-24 and the customer confirmed on 12-3-24 that a FULL REFUND had been issued. I asked for them to do the same with me and they refused. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and they are persuing litigation against this SCAM COMPANY.
  I will be sharing this story on ALL OF MY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS and posting all of the documentation I have regarding this BOGUS company!

  I was sent an email from Tickets Center about pre purchasing tickets for a musical at our local music hall. This was a show that my family was greatly anticipating, as the tickets were a Christmas gift for my child. I wouldn’t think that presale could come from anywhere but Ticket Master. The event has still not taken place, but soon after I purchased my tickets I realized that this was not Ticket Master. Why would a third party seller have access to sell tickets before the venue? I also soon realized that I paid 4 times the price of what the tickets would cost if sold directly from the music hall. The entire time I was viewing the online seating availability, pop ups kept proclaiming that these tickets were selling fast! This site stands by a no refund policy and continues to put people off by referring to the statements on their website. However, this is my hard earned money and who in their right mind would pay this inflated amount for seats that are not even that good? It’s in the nosebleed section for the price of center, floor seats. It would be different if I was price gauged for great seats. I have read countless reviews of people being scammed by this company and the other concern is if my tickets are even legitimate? That’s a whole other issue. I am severely disappointed by this whole transaction and I would love nothing more than to receive a refund, so I can purchase better seats, for a fair price. I want to shout from the rooftops that people should steer clear of Tickets-Center.com!!!

  Hundreds, if not thousands, of complaints here prove the general public feels scammed, misinformed, disinformed, uninformed, tricked, baited, and generally conned by the fine print written by this professional con artist company. They deliberately poise themselves to appear in search engines above Ticketmaster searches and use the same color schemes, look, and feel as Ticketmaster to take advantage of people. They're scum, the lowest of the lowest bottom.-feeders in this business. Shame on the owners and shame on the employees who agree to work for these shysters. Shame on the BBB, credit card companies, and AG's too who are well aware that this company uses unscrupulous, fraudulent, and deceptive methods in business yet none of them take any initiative to shut these shysters down. Obviously, DO NOT USE TICKETS-CENTER.COM - YOU WILL REGRET IT!

  Total scam. 35.00 tickets ended up 211.50. 46.00 service fee. 7.50 delivery fee. They did not provide any service or delivery.

  Ticket scalpers and should be illegal. Why are these reseller crooks allowed to operate. I overpaid after searching for an upcoming concert and clicking into to their web.
  
  I thought this was the main site to purchase tickets. Reseller scam.
  
  The venues should not allow their tickets to be sold on these sites. They have some responsibility too.

  They didn’t have our tickets, told us the only thing available was GA. Gave us no option but shit tickets with almost no credit. Paid $600 for $100 worth of tickets. I should have looked at these reviews first.
