    Do not use Ticket-center.com. I repeat... Do not use Ticket-center.com. They do not care about you as a customer. You will not get customer service. I purchased tickets to a rodeo and realized immediately that I purchased for the wrong day. 1 week later than we were scheduled to be in town for the event. I immediately called them within 3 mins of the purchase to change the tickets to 1 week later. I was not asking for a refund, just a change to one week later. All they would say is, "all sales are final". They would not do anything to help. I also found out that I paid almost double for the tickets t rather than going to the source of the event. They disguise themselves as the event website for tickets. Very shady company.

    I dont know if it will help to anyone, but this place will sell overpriced tickets and won’t change or modify anything because “they are in agreement with the seller “ , and once you buy tickets, even if there is apocalypse, they still won’t change the time or date of your tickets. Please do t buy from them . Tickets are double the price than regular venue.

    I found that they sell significantly overpriced tickets (150%) that are ultimately delivered by ticketmaster. When confronted with the pricing problem, they tell you that they do not refund anything. I will never again use their web site.

    The use a name and logo VERY similar to "Ticketmaster" specifically to deceive customers. I purchased 4 tickets to an event for approx.. $300 per ticket the day they went on sale. We thought we were using Ticketmaster and even had a conformation from Ticketmaster the very second we purchased as they were delivered to Ticketmaster. Ticket master has them for sale for $30 per ticket for the same section (90% of what we paid). They refused to provide a refund after scamming us out of money. They would not provide an upgrade for seats that were comparable to what we were charged either. Terrible customer service. Absolute scam. My attorney will be involved. Shut them down!

    My husband always wanted to go to spring training. He just turned 70 with us being elderly. I was not aware of the prices for spring training ticket center charged me $800 for three tickets found out later they would’ve only been $50 each taking advantage of people is not acceptable.

    I tried to order theater tickets from the theater website and was diverted to this website. I was charged 3x the face value of the tickets and didn't realize it because we didn't get the tickets until right before the show.

    Tickets were noticeably overpraised to start with but it was a birthday present for my wife. The tickets were purchased and CONFIRMED. Two days before the show Tickets-Center informed me the tickets cannot be delivered (no reason offered) and the order is cancelled. I asked for a ticket replacement. I was told it had to be approved and the approval was not likely. I asked for approval. The approval request was rejected a few minutes later. The only positive thing was that the agent on phone was polite, and I got full refund. Tell it to my wife! Never again. Do not use Tickets-Center, will be disappointed.

    realy wish i would have read these reviews first. i was charged $432 for tickets to Hamilton in the furthest back section from the stage. the balcony. tickets were $159 but 2 came to $432! i went on ticket master and tickets in the orchestra section were 170! my email confirmation from this site said the tickets will be available on july 17, the day before the show.. absolute joke. this is for my daughters birthday so rather then wait tell the tickets are sold out i took the dam loss and ordered 2 new tickets from ticket master closer to the stage. total was $370 for mezzanine 2 rows back. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE TICKET CENTER!!

    I purchased tickets to an event, paw patrol live.com for my son and his family. The event was to take place March 16, 2025. I purchased the tickets on December 3, 2024 and paid $545. The tickets were to be delivered via email to my daughter-in-law by March 14, 2025. By March 15, I was notified, after repeated calls to tickets–center.com, that the event was canceled. I was told I would get a refund. I did receive my refund, fortunately, but I found out after calling the venue where the event was to take place that the event had been canceled November 22 2024. I purchased the tickets after the event had already been canceled and was not notified until I reached out. I will never purchase tickets through a vendor other than where the event is to take place and would advise against using this site
