    I think this Ticket Center is the biggest scam ever!!! They are charging us double for tickets and they are NOT BBB accredited!! Do not ever buy from them!’n

    Scam artists gouging unsuspecting consumers. They pay to be first on the list when searching for tickets. With "reseller" markups of at least double and then 25% (or more) service fees. Completely outrageous. Purchased tickets are "transferred" from them to TicketMaster. TicketMaster will not be of any help as "they are just the recipients". Avoid tickets-center.com at all costs.

    This is a scam….
    The tickets for my event are not even on sale yet and they charged me for fake tickets.
    This company needs to be shut down!

    I bought tickets to a parking garage near the Milwaukee Bucks game through them for about $34. They sent me an email with a QR code, but no way for me to download it into my wallet on my phone, so I just printed it out. When I tried to scan it at the parking garage (multiple times) , it did not work. The attendant tried to and it still did not work. They suggested I pull a ticket and pay for it, then seek a refund (which I did). The total cost of the parking was $9.00! Not only did they scam me for more than four times the total cost, but when I attempted to seek a refund, they denied it because I didn't scan the QR code electronically (which of course they never gave me the option to do). Total scam, including the customer service. Fortunately, I was only out $34 with them and I not for hundreds of dollars on the Bucks game.

    Bewatre of fraud . I was suppose to get my tickets on 3/4/25 as per their confirmation email . I never got anything and on 3/11/25 They emailed me following ,and parrichter74 is not even my email address.


    the tickets will be delivered to your patrichter74 at outlook dot com for easy and quick access once it is available and sent over.

    looks like they take your money and send your tickets to their own fraud email.

    This "company" is a total scam and rip off.! Do NOT spend money with them! They will gouge you for 3-5 times the ticket value and then refuse refunds.

    They were as helpful as a hemorrhoid on the phone.

    Also zero stars if that was an option

    We ordered tickets for a hockey game for 6 people. When we showed up at the gate they were sold out and we were told the tickets weren’t valid. We called ticket.center and they said they would resend us tickets. By this time the game was half over and we couldn’t get in anyway because they were sold out. Total scam.

    Worst company ever. Do not buy from them. Ordered tickets 2 months ahead of time only to find out the day before that they don’t have my tickets and they tried to offer me replacement tickets in a worse seat!
