Let me tell you how bad this company is. My GPS never works. My phone was not connected to a mobile network twice. One time I ran out of gas. Had to get out my car. Walk to the next exit to call for help. I was lost twice my phone just keep saying not connected to a mobile network. Boost mobile is the worst. I called like can I have my money a credit or something. They said we are a perfect company and we don't do that. I was so sad. Like wow. I have never experienced anything like this. I'm going to metro pcs soooooon as my month over. please don't trust this company. U will die calling for help. Cuz they are the worst.

9/15/22 So I bought outright an iphone 11 roughly $380 In may2022. No where when purchasing this phone was I told or in fine print that the iPhone is locked till 12 mths after service and at that time you must then request for it to be unlocked. On customer service for ****** asking where is this fine print located? After hitting five different browsers, I was brought to unlocking policy. Funny thing though, NO words are listed in fine print stating when you buy a phone through us(Boost), your phone will be locked for 12 mths and needing to REQUEST to unlock it. The agent kept giving me the run around, then offered me a monthly benefit if I get food stamps, ssi, smh. The policies do not hold up. Things of this nature SHOULD be told in big print to the customer. Horrible company to do business with!

I ordered a phone then I returned it. Never opened it or activated it. They got the item on August 3rd 2022. Im still waiting on my $105.99 back. Any time I have called they give me run around and keep changing the dates on when they supposedly refunded my money. But I still have not gotten my money

Agree with every one star review, none are exaggerating. Dish utterly trashed republic wireless, been here for years, so trashed in everyway you can think of. Also was on a year plan, been fighting for months and still haven't got that back. How long was I paying for broken phone hardware, and a broken service? even three months was way too long. Agree with the statement, buyers beware!!!! buy at your own risk, it's 100% a bad risk to take at that. terrible company, terrible service. At least since dish bought republic out. I will never do any business with any dish product ever again!

Worst customer service and experience ever I paid over $600 for 2 new ******* galaxy A32 the lady at the boost mobile both said oh I have a great deal for you you buy both phones and get 3 months of unlimited services I was like that's a great deal.... I asked the lady to hold on to the 500 I had while I go pick up another $100 to cover the phone cost brand-new bought free and clear...I come back no less than 15 mins to her and coworker busily on the phone working on activating the 2 phone's before I could hand her the other 100 she says I'm sorry I made a mistake it going to cost about another 100 more due to activation fee ect I replied what.. you already gave me the price... she said aoery mama I said forget it I'll go somewhere else.... She said to late we have already started the process I said sorry I'm not paying more then she went on to ask me if I had other money's in my pocket to give her I said..NO!!!SHE THEN SAID GREAT GONG TO HAVE TO PAY OUR OX MY POCKET!!! I replied you should have know your business better next time...so I went off while they took over an hour activating then just hands the phone's over dossnf explain anything even though I asked her questions about plans services ect .She said it all on this little paper I was ar awe dumbfounded at her behavior towards a cash carrying consumer... She made money thaf day for sure I went and delivered the 2nd phone to my boyfriend who desperately needed a decent phone,,, Just to find out 25 days after purchase I was getting billed 114 monthly service plan charge and it was only my 2nd month of service, I called boost mobile they said canr help you go back where you bought it from 110 miles away a also tried to login with there app said doesn't recognize phone numbers or pin i wound up having to pay for bill couldn't change company's for a whole year I was then told even though I bought phone's straight out they're lock door 12 months finally Made it back to the boost mobile booth and lady LIED....

Wow. I was a happy customer for nearly a decade; then as soon as Dish bought Republic, things started going downhill. I switched carriers in June with two and a half months left on my yearly payment plan. It has been MADNESS to get the $ back from the unused portion. First they told me it would be refunded automatically within 3 business days; then they told me it would take up to 8 weeks; THEN they told me "oh, a customer refund request was never put in" (I'd already had 2 conversations about my refund with Republic? but ok) and just now I checked my credit card and the refund they gave me was a TENTH of the proper amount. 10%!! How? Why??Bail if you are a current customer, and if you aren't a current customer... keep it that way. Absolutely terrible.

The service for boost is terrible. I switched from att due to the phone not taking the new 5G upgrade. Att had no phones available at my price range, and I needed for my job doordashing. After spending 200 with boost I had very bad signal everywhere. I lost money on orders because I wasn't getting any signal. I was even sitting in the middle of town and drove around.. only had for 3 days then drove out of town to another state to get a phone from ATT.. now 9 months later I want to give my boost phone to a homeless person that can get the *** free phone service but when I called today to unlock the phone they said that the phone had to be active for 12 months for it to be unlocked?????? What kind of BS is that.. I'm trying to help the needy out as much as I can .. I'm not using the phone anymore, apparently it can't be used again because I sure dont like the boost service. And no one else can use it so it's going to be discarded causing unwanted wast for are plantet to suffer more.......!!!!!!!

Boost mobile sell you an unlimited plan for $50 a month. The problem is that they dont give you unlimited service. You get 4g lte and 3 g service. Worst company and service.
