      Boost mobile in ************* **. Is under new management. And I have to say they are just amazing. Even management goes above and beyond. I am so glad we switched. And I highly recommend anyone to switch to boost mobile in ************* **.

      Boost is a lying deceiving company which lies for the sole purpose of making more money.I went in to Boost store to upgrade my phone which I was told I could do. When I go there, I find out that I can't upgrade because the phone was not 270 days old, but I have been a customer way over three years. If I wanted to upgrade, I would have to change my number and if I wanted to keep my number, I would have to pay full price of the phone instead of making monthly payments. Yet that was not what I was told by Boost Mobile when I spoke with them over the phone. This will be my last month with boost. If I have to buy a new phone and I have to change my number, then it will definitely be with another company. The phone I have is not the phone I would have bought but the phone was a replacement phone because boost upgraded their service and certain phones could not meet the upgrade. Instead of giving me a phone with the same caliber they gave me this cheap ******** phone that is cracked it mutes when it wants to it goes on hold when it wants too, and all Boost can say is I'm sorry well they should be because this is my last month with Boost. If I knew Saturday what I know today I would have changed companies, then. Be proud Boost for the lousy job you are doing. Great way to get and keep customers.

      Worst phone service ever they do not keep there word they lie about screenshots you have from a previous chat they only want to give credit for towers that been down since June 23rd and it's July 31st and they still don't want to give anything but $10

      I have had boost for 5+ years. I've decided to try a different carrier because the data ***** and didn't want to loose my number so I've been trying for 3 weeks for them to unlock my phone. I've contacted them thru chat 4 times and 3 people told me it would take 2 business days the 4th said **** business days. Also they said the 2nd time my service was interrupted some how that's why it hasn't been unlocked yet. BS! Service has never been interrupted. Once I get a new carrier I will never go back to boost ever again.

      After Republic Wireless switched over to Dish, my phone quality went downhill. I started not being able to receive group messages. I decided to switch to ******** and I wanted to keep my old phone number. After switching, my new phone would send/receive text messages and only send phone calls. All phone calls were received through my old Republic Wireless phone. I called Republic Wireless to see if they could resolve the problem, and they said cancelling my number would resolve the problem. I later learned from ******* that they should not have cancelled the number and it would have to be reactivated in order to transfer over. I called Republic Wireless again, and they said that they would reactivate it for free, and it would take 2-3 days. 4 days later, and I called and they said that they lost my number and can not reactivate it. Extremely frustrating and dishonest. They didn't reach out to me either, to tell me that it would not be reactivated.I want to make another comment, the customer service at ******************** was very nice, and the employee who told me that my number was loss was the one who referred me to this website. They were all very nice, but I believe they had bad training. The company is not organized well enough to help with the simple requests I had.

      Since Dish bought this company the problem started. 2 weeks after I paid for a year of service ($ ******) I had no texting. I called and they said I had to buy a new SIM card, I paid for a new SIM card ( $20.58) and still no texting and also no phone service. I called again and they said to go back to the old SIM card. After several hours on the phone and several days they said the issue can not be resolved. They told me 2 different times they would credit my credit card. DIDN'T happen. They owe me $250.30.

      Issues ALL the time with making calls, texting and sending n receiving messages. My phone goes to Roam in my own home!! Couldn't make or receive calls, even to Boost so I had a family member call for me and they were told n given a ticket number that they would credit my next month's ****, but when I called back the nect day(today) they said they'd only do $10. I spoke with a supervisor who acted like the *** interrogating me n put me on hold for quite some time and finally they hung up on me, never calling me back. After 12 years I'm done with this crappy carrier!!

      I have had Republic Wireless and was satisfied until Dish bought it. Now I am being held hostage by them and can not transfer my phone number to a new carrier. I have been without phone service for a month now. I have had to call them from other peoples phones and had the carrier I am trying to transfer to call them and I get excuses, repair ticket numbers, and rude customer service. I am still being billed by Dish. I hope BBB can do something for customers.

      Similar to others posting here, the transition to 5G has been absolutely botched and customer support gives the worst runaround I've experienced in my life. Live-chat agents tell you to call the phone agents, and most phone agents do the bare minimum to temporarily placate you and get you off the line. They seemingly "escalate" your request into the garbage.
