I have been a costumer of boost for almost 20 years. We finally decided to buy a new phone after 4 years. My boyfriend went online and found the deal where you buy the new phone you get a year of service for free and at the new price of $25 a month. All we wanted to do was to keep our previous phone number and transfer it to the new phone. The attendant said that she couldn't do that. The plan/deal is only for a new line/activation but this is not stated anywhere in the advertisement.. We exclaimed that this was no problem and that they could refund the difference that we paid for the free year plan. She said no that a refund would not be an option. We were expected to send the phone back that we just activated, and be without a phone until another phone was exchanged. I am expected to be without a phone for who knows how long and lose all of my personal things on it because we already trashed the old phone is completely unnecessary. She then said that the refund would take however many days to process once they actually receive the phone assuming we did not want a replacement. I would also have to pay the return shipping. I was expected to go purchase the same phone again either online or in store if we could find it, also pay my plan, so it wasn't canceled. All of this while I just wait until my return magically appears with NO PHONE. I don't have the money, time, recourses or anticipation to do that because I shouldn't have to all that.Needless to say, we should only be charged for the phone and refunded for the extra that was charged. This is a spit in our face as loyal customers. It was a simple situation that should have been resolved with my refund for the service that was to be included. We weren't trying to steal the phone or get anything for free. We just wanted what we paid for. As a company, they took my money and did not honor the contract. I'm just looking for some support and help getting our money back.

Greetings, I purchased a ******* phone from Boost Mobile on 6/27/24. On 7/28th the phone crashed/completely stopped working. I contacted Boost Mobile/Tech Support; they were unable to assist in resolving the issue, & referred me to *******. I contacted ******* on 7/28th & Tech Support was unable to assist in resolving the issue as well.I contacted Boost Mobile again & although the phone stopped working 1 day past the Warranty, they eventually informed me they would make an exception since it was only 1 day past. Fast forward, Boost has been giving me the 'run around' ever since - Informing me the issue was being resolved, the issue was bumped up to an 'Escalation ****** and lastly that a new phone was shipped. To date I have NOT received a new phone!(The only reason I rated Boost w/ 2 stars is because they are our Service Provider)Kindly Assist!Sincerely,***** *.

Friday August 23rd 2024 -$132 tvfcu account Sunday August 25th 2024 -$136 tvfcu account used at boost in *************** ga because i had no service and told my card was declined on the 23rd. Monday August 26th 2024 another $132 from my truist account. ,I was told my card transactions were all declined however one went through at ****** and one went through at tvfcu. They didnt post until Monday after I went into a local boost and made a payment with the same tvfcu account. i have proof from both checking and a paper receipt as well as checking for the local store. Yesterday October 11th 2024 boost turned my phones off after the first refund to my checking account claiming they have not received payment for August. I tood them my banks and I can see clearly that their were 3 payments made. I asked where i could send this information to get it fixed. I was informed by 3 different **** including a resolutions manager that there was nowhere to send the proof and I needed to PAY MY BILLS. I am absolutely livid considering the very first drafted payment went through in August, I processed anouther card that went through as well and went to a store. I was unable to use my accounts for days until the banks he;lped me. I am running a business with no phones for the second time in two months. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Boost is just the WORST customer service imaginable. I have tried repeatedly to use my phone internationally. It won't let me use an eSIM, and when I try to add Global Roaming it has not menu item to let me do so - in spite of directions telling me to do so! The number to call for further support has NO ONE available EVER. Completely infuriating, to be honest.

I just called Boost mobile they told me to press one for English. I did. I got **** who didnt speak English. She tried to get information from me, but I asked persistently to speak with someone who speaks English. Transferred to ****** ****** who also didnt speak English I AM like Wait a minute Hi he come on the phone. Hi, how can I help you Wait a minute ****** I just asked to speak with someone that speak English. I understand maam He keeps talking NO Obviously, you dont Well, I have to Information to open account Im not gonna keep on saying what did you say or I didnt understand that I want to speak with someone who speaks English please thank you he call his supervisor. with his supervisor on the phone for about 15 minutes. waiting why the supervisor got on the phone his name is ***** and he speaks English very fluently, you couldve knocked me over with a feather.i had to laugh out loud So because Icould understand the words coming out of his mouth, as we proceeded He said youre doing a good job. I said you too. only to find out in order to get my personal records or information about my phone number. I would have to get a lawyer to request a release.or Get a subpoena To have my personal information released to me, but I just gave you my personal information over the phone,Yes but it sensitive information and we cant release that. I said and I am that sensitive.person sometimes Not right now though Im very frustrated because this Dont sound right what your telling me well, Im very sorry. Is there anything else I can do? No, our conversations are done. I dont think its right to do this to the consumers or the people on the other end of this phone trying to understand what Im saying And he said they have offices located all over the world But there doesnt seem to be a lot of English speaking employees there at that location If theyre experiencing this from your companies, this is not good

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and now in order to change from a family plan to an individual plan they are making me change my phone number. There should be no reason to change the phone number just to save money on a different plan. I do not have family plan anymore because my children have grown up and want to pay their own but they want to keep their numbers and I would also like to keep my number because I've had it for 10 years. They really need to look into this so when you're changing your plan because your family has now grown up should still be a way to keep your original number because the children have memorized that number. I'm trying to contact everybody to let them know you changed your number when it's been the same number for 10 years is ridiculous. I was told I can switch to a different carrier till that contract runs out and then switch back to boost and during those switches I will be able to keep my same phone number. There should be no reason switching plans inside a carrier should make you replace your phone number.

I bought an iPhone 12 online from Boost for 239.89?on Sept **** was supposedly a good deal because I have been a customer for 8 years. The money was taken out right away and they say the phone was sent, but I never got it. It has a *** tracking number, saying it made it to ******, NC on the 7th, but never went any farther. I called Boost many times, but they blame it on ***, who finally told me ( after driving to their hub 20 miles away) that it was held for *************************************** gave me my money back, and then Boost cut off my phone until I paid it again. No phone, out ******. Cant understand the ***, and the supervisors say the same thing as the others. Nothing they can do. They say I have to file a claim with ***, but the sender ( Boost) is the one thats supposed to do that. Im plotting the best legal action to take next.Might notify our Attorney General, also take it to the TV news.Whatever legal resources I can find.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
