Boostmobile took my name social security number birth date credit card information and address, approved me for contract and phone proceeded to take money from my banking account and then the next day I received an email stating I wouldn't be receiving the items and service I paid for!Upon calling customer service as stated in the email I received they were of no help and refused to give me an explanation as to why they took my sensitive information and money to have my credit approved and then denied me service. Because of boost mobile I'm currently out of work.THANK YOU BOOST!!! you're a shady worthless excuse and a joke of a company!Someone needs to shut these people down!Review fromDarlene B

Placed an order for my daughters phone and was instantly approved. Received a phone call 2 days later asking me a ton of questions. Afterwards I was told everything was good and order would be sent. Next morning I received a email saying my order was not processed please send in again. Reached out to customer care and was told order was cancelled and they have no information on the reasoning why. I have a great credit score and income. Two days later received another email saying it would be shipped out next week. Today they are saying its cancelled but I still to have yet seen a refund. Also 2 weeks until Christmas. ***Review fromChristen V

Zero stars .I was approved in store for a new iPhone as a new customer with existing number . The phone I was approved for would be mailed to me and I paid my first balance in store that day .The guy working was very nice and helpful it almost made up for the fact that I was in there about 2 hours and that is no exaggeration. I was on my way and happy this far. 5 days later I had only received the one email from the day of sale a copy of my loan agreement. I called looking for clarity since it said I'd have tracking info with in the next 24 hours . Wait time to speak to a human was fast but that's where the good in this story ends . Bullet points : ***** was on the same page or had any idea how to help me find my tracking . Finally I was told my order was cancelled I was not approved after all and was not alerted to that fact . My refund would arrive in 72 hours. Never did fast forward to serval insufferable calls no answers 10 different stories and no accountability later . My refund wouldn't arrive until 10 business days . Pos was the Nov 16 refund will post Dec 3rd . Never came . Nest they told me it was never cancelled all the calls and notes were nothing and it was being delivered. I had to be home to sign . Finally caught the delivery 2nd attempt (unable to adjust time or place without additional payment) and now I am to at my own cost mail it back. Once inspected and cleared another 10 business days till my refund . So a phone purchase on Nov 16 that was never activated and cancelled on there end . Nov 18 . Wont be refunded until end of the 1st week in January. Nobody knows what is going on . It's a racket and I can not say enough about how poorly the staff equipped to resolve issues they have zero knowledge of procedures and do not communicate between depts besides the call notes . Unbelievable and a waste of a month and a half of aggravation .terribleReview fromMona B

My current plan with Boost Mobile is for a 3-month period, with a new service cycle starting today, November 30th. When I made a payment today, a Boost Mobile agent confirmed that the payment was for the previous service period, covering August through November. However, I later discovered that this information was incorrectthe payment was actually applied to the upcoming period, from December to February.Additionally, when I later requested to switch to a monthly payment plan, as I plan to move to another carrier within the week, I was told this was not possible due to system limitations. As a result, I am now locked into the 3-month plan for just a week or less of usage, and they have stated that no refund will be issued. This situation seems unfair to me.Review fromRebecca B

Boost ***** will not allow me to cancel a service, as a hearing impaired customer I cannot talk to them on the phone. I tried to sign up for a new service and drop my line on a family plan I was on, I was told that was fine so I started the new service then, at the end, they told me I would not be able to drop my service in the family plan without speaking to a representative, so I told him I would cancel the one I just opened and they said the same thing I couldn't cancel without speaking to a representative, I advise them that I am hearing impaired and I no longer have a hearing aid so that was not going to be possible and they basically said sorry for your luck so now I'm being charged for a service that I am never going to use and haven't used well at the same time still paying for the service I had on the original family plan. They have no loophole or any type of help for people with hearing disabilities and it isn't right there are a lot of people who are deaf that use phones for texting and doing things online. I don't know how long I'll be forced to pay for the service I'm not using, but insurance takes a while to get a new hearing aid so it is going to be quite a while and they couldn't care less.Review fromThomas T

Boost Mobile is the WORST company I have ever done business with! I opened a new account with 5 lines with 2 free devices. Despite coverage maps showing 5G, nothing worked at our house, or in our area; no signal whatsoever. I called to cancel under their 30-day money back promise. What a nightmare! Calls route to a foreign call center where representatives are hard to understand, read from a script, and never provide an immediate resolution. I have spent more than 40 hours on the phone trying to close my account and stop the billing. They told me 3 times that someone would contact me with device return instructions, never happened. Many times, they said all the lines had been cancelled, they were not. They told me it is NOT possible to remove my credit card auto pay and continue to bill me. After many attempts, I forced someone to provide me with a return address for devices. I was subsequently billed for the service for the initial month. When I said that I had cancelled well within the 30-day money back guarantee window, I was told that it applied to returned devices, not for the service. They told me not to worry, all future billing would stop and my card would automatically be removed from file at the start of the next billing cycle. LIE!The following month, I was billed in full AGAIN for all 5 lines. Again, I asked them to remove my credit card from file, they would not. I asked them to refund the amount I was billed for a cancelled service. They denied my request. They merely said I would no longer be billed.2 months later, I am STILL being automatically billed by Boost. Now, they wont even talk to me until I go through a lengthy account verification process where they ping my credit report to ask identity questions EVERY TIME I CALL. Boost should not be allowed to stay in business. I may have no choice but to close my credit card account so they stop robbing me every ******** NOT CHOOSE BOOST MOBILE under any circumstances!Review fromPasha G

Terrible customer service. I have ordered online the new iPhone with their service. It said that I should get a tracking number within 24 hours and they will ship it within 72 hours. The order was on November 14. On November 18, I chatted with them on their website. I asked the whereabouts of my order. The agent told me that the order is still in progress, that I need 3 business days to get the tracking number, and that it will arrive by the end of tomorrow. So, I asked her if I would receive it by November 20, and she confirmed. Of course, by November 20, I did not receive anything, so I chatted on their website again. The agent repeated to me the same thing that the order is in progress. So, I asked her to cancel it. She said she cannot cancel in progress orders. I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor did not arrive after 10 minute wait. On November 22, I received the tracking number, and on November 25 I got the new iPhone by **** Again, I chatted with them to cancel it. The agent processed the refund, said that I will receive the email with instructions, and that I have to pay for the shipment back. I tried to explain, that I received the phone because of their negligence and should not pay for return shipment. Of course, she was saying no, so I asked for a supervisor. While I was waiting for supervisor, I saw the email, and it had a prepaid shipping label attached to it. Amazing, isn't it? I chatted to the agent how can they be so incompetent. She said that I should choose my words better and keep it professional. Well, I said yes, let me still talk to your supervisor about professionalism. The supervisor started that I have to pay for the shipping. After I told him that I already have a shipping label, he goes: "Oh, then yes, we will be paying for it". They lost a customer because of their incompetence and negligence, Avoid that company.
