The connectivity to the printer was constantly lost, had to call support multiple times in 3 months to have it reconnected. Now they are saying that my ink cartridges will not work without a subscription to their instant ink subscriptions! Therefore I can not print anything at all! Their set up is a scam, 3 free months are a joke, as you can't keep their products connected to use it effectively. **************** was nice but not helpful, no reason to get mad at them for working at a terrible company! I will always regret this purchase and will never recommend for a purchase... I will advise not to get ** to everyone I know. Epson always had my back, unlike ** this last few months! TOTAL SHOCK from what I thought was a reputable company.Very disappointed customer,

Most horrible customer service ever. I have been an ** customer for over 10 years and I currently purchase HP ink for my printer/scanner. I had to update my Wifi password and now the scanner won't connect. I know it's a simple fix but ** WON'T HELP a valued customer because my printer/scanner is past their window of customer service?? It was working just fine and I've changed my wifi password before and they walked me through it no problem. Now they won't help AT ALL to get my scanner reconnected...instead they told me they'll give me 15% off on a new product. It's not broken!! It just needs a basic troubleshoot. I've tried to call ** for the last 2 months and today was the first day I actually got a human. Their automated system won't let you past and won't read the serial number correctly so you can never get through. So incredibly FRUSTRATING and extremely terrible customer service. You'd think they would want to take care of such a long time customer so they will be a returning customer but they obviously do not care. This has put me way behind in my work. I will work on becoming a NON ** customer in the future.

We cancelled our instant ink program (after 10 years) and they locked up our printer saying we couldn't use the remaining ink cartridges unless we re-enrolled in their instant ink program. This is ridiculous! Terrible service, no concern for consumer, felt like they were taking our printer hostage. We will NEVER buy another ** product. I would select ZERO stars if possible! Would advise anyone to avoid doing business with them.

I purchased a laptop and a hewlett packard printer through ***. The laptop work good but we have a problem with printing from home. Once the printer was setup, we realized that the only was we was going to get copies made was to pull it up on the screen, put in how many copies we wanted to make and then Hewlett Packard would print the copies for us for a fee. So, we opted out of that because I refuse to pay Hewlett Packard to make copies when the purpose of buying a printer, was to work at home and make our own copies. Once we opted out, our computer was locked and we are not able to make copies. We had to purchase another printer for home use.

I bought a laptop from ******* Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped my laptop and the screen broke. I need a new screen replacement. They said that I have to pay to get it fix. I am okay paying for the repair, but it will cost me almost the amount of money that I would pay for a new laptop similar to the one I have. They want me to pay $613.00 for a new screen replacement. I might as well just get a new laptop. I still have 7 months warranty on this laptop. I just bought this laptop a few months ago. This bad business if you asked me.

** has went to the toilet! Buy any other brand! My daughter in law purchased a laptop for school with the expectation of me upgrading the **** I have a Bachelors degree in IT degree and this would take me less than 5 minutes. I got on *** website for the product specs so I could determine the type of RAM needed, number of slots, and the max capacity the board could take. The ** site no longer gives you this information. I called ** and they refused to give me that information. THEY ARE ACTIVELY STOPPING OUR ABILITY TO REPAIR OR UPGRADE OUR OWN EQUIPMENT! THEY ARE FORCING CUSTOMERS TO GO TO REPAIR SHOPS OR REPAIR THOUGH THEM. THIS IS NOT OK! I will take it apart when it arrives and get the serial number off the motherboard to look up what I need, but I SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO DO IT THIS WAY!

Your deceptive bundling of your printers with Insta- Print forces unknowing customers to use the instaprint service. Attempting to decline the service while setting up is confusing. When you first set up your printer you are focussed on just that. Adding the instaprint to the process is like entrapment.

They charged me for a subscription service and then did not let me use the cartridges that I already paid for. I recommend that you do not ever use their ink service and think twice about buying their printers.

One star is me being generous, but that's the lowest I can give them. I have been paying monthly to use this godforsaken printer. I have not one, not two, not three, but FOUR unused cartridges that I can no longer use because I have decided not to renew my subscription. Yes, you read that right, I cannot use my printer and the four cartridges *I have paid for* because I cancelled my subscription. To others going through this, there are ways to get around it (which you can ******** I highly suggest doing that. Shame on you **. Your company is an absolute joke.
