I have had HP printer for several months now. I have always had problems with its printing capabilities even before I cancelled the subscription. They fail to tell you that they will keep your printer hostage if you cancel the subscription since the subscription cartridges are tracking all your information and keep sending you so-called necessary items. I had been sent two shipments that I paid for but cannot use since I canceled the subscription. They do not tell you this (or I have not seen the correct wording for this procedure) in any of the information. The tried to tell me that because of this is the reason why the printer is not working, BUT THESE PROBLEMS EXISTED BEFORE THE SUBSCRIPTION WAS CANCELLED. I would like to have a full refund but do not see that as an option so Im hoping someone will file a class-action against them. This practice needs to stop since it being mis represented and people are losing money from faulty equipment.Review fromMelissa M

I brought a basic HP printer 2 years ago. Had signed up for the ********. The printer stopped working after several months, Never requested ink one time. My husband noticed a charge on his credit card for the ink club. Was charged for over 2 years for ink for a broken printer and once never requested a refill for. Cancelling the service was a pain in the #$%@. The gentlemen continued to try to get me to pruchase things printers etc. Then said let me make it right I can waive the last payment whoopie $5 how about the 2 years of payments for no ink requested.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WILL NEVER BUY HP PRODUCTS AGAIN.....Review fromAhmed E

I have used HP laptops and printers for the past 30 years. I was always fond of the quality and reliability. Recently, I purchased a Spectra ***************** Very similar to one I currently have except it is the newer version. The Laptop: I called the tech support at least a dozen times in a year, spending tremendous amounts of down time. In brief: 1- HP sold me a defective Laptop.2- ** completed all the diagnostics and was not able to repair it.3- HP sold me a warranty and now refuses to HONOR its warranty by 4- Sold me a Car Package $ 169 premium to be renewed annually.Refusing to replace the defective product and offered to cancel instead the Care Package and refund the Care Package / warranty money. In conclusion I find HP Incorporated's course of action to be immoral, unethical, and likely illegal.I intend to report this incident. I intend to report the incident to BBB .Review fromAli B

Purchased in 2023 anHP notebook. It worked for a little shy of the year and broke down. Called hp and after Haggling back-and-forth, they said they would repair the unit.Almost a month later, we got the unit back and used it for about 3 to 4 months and it broke down with the same problem again. Called HP and to be honest they could care less. They said unless you have a new warranty on it nothing they can do. Then they said we can fix it. It will be over $400!! Do yourself a favor stay away from **. Its a company that does not stand behind their products.During the conversation with them They mention more about out of warranty than about fixing the unit. Very sad because ** used to be a great company with quality products but I do now understand how companies can change.Review fromEric S

******** company, force you to enroll in instant ink and you can not unenroll and still be able to use their printers, Now I am stuck with a $200 paperweight that cannot print with any ink unless I re-subscribe to their program. Multiple class action lawsuits on this and all around horrible company. If I could give it 0 I would.Review fromStephani R

I need help from ** & am having no luck. I ordered a desktop on 11/18/24 at 10:55 PST. The exact time is on the downloaded the transcript. During the chat ordering, I gave the *** the correct address & asked multiple times if HP could deliver because it was going to a retirement center. I even double-checked the address before agreeing to order. The desktop is going to the wrong address. I contacted support multiple times on 11/18/24, the first time as soon as I got the receipt & saw the mistake. Each time I had to explain that I was not the customer name on receipt, that I was ordering FOR the customer name on receipt & that I was the customer. On the 1st phone call, I wanted to cancel the order, so I could reorder with the correct shipping address. I was told ** didn't need to do that & the *** would fix it. He was unable to fix. I was then transferred multiple times & given different phone numbers to call. Each time I spoke with a human, I said to cancel the order, & I'd reorder because I wanted the computer. I now have three different receipts showing different wrong addresses, & a shipping notification showing the wrong address.During the last attempt to correct the shipping address, I again tried to cancel the order to reorder. I was told no, because the hour time-frame given to cancel new orders was up. ** ***s kept me on the phone for more than 90 mins, refused to let me cancel & reorder, & never fixed the shipping address. This last ** *** told me that she was reaching out to a manager and someone would contact me within ***** hours. No one has contacted ******* disputed the purchase with my credit card under fraud, because ** has been told ***eatedly the shipping address is wrong & refuses to fix it.I have three email receipts with three wrong shipping *************** watching the tracking for the shipping going to the wrong address. It's supposed to be delivered today. To an address that doesn't exist.Review fromMatthew K

I purchased a laptop for $622 directly from ** website back on july 30th, 2024. Received the product Early August. The laptop was less than 90 days old and one morning in October I opened up my laptop, turned it on and noticed the graphic card inside the screen was glitchy and malfunctioning. I turned the laptop off to reboot and it would not turn back on. I notified ** immediately and they told me to send them photos. The computer was in mint condition, zero signs of neglect or abuse. They immediately blamed me and said due to physical damage on the outside your warranty is voided. There was no damages to any part of the exterior. When the computer is turned off you would see that it is brand new. Continued: I responded to the chat agent on ** chat form and demanded they fix my laptop and that it was clearly an internal issue w zero proof of external damage. The agent sent me a return package to inspect the computer. when they received the laptop they emailed me with zero explanation of what is wrong with the laptop or what is broken - and they quoted me for a $481.49 repair. This is absolutely criminal and absurd. Again the laptop was less than 90 days old and they claim that my one year warranty is voided and that i didnt buy a 2 year warranty w accidental damage repair. Thats odd.. This was not accidental damage by me, this is corporate bullying. I refused the repair and having the company ship my laptop back. I emailed them the other day asking what exactly is broken so that maybe i can try and fix it myself since they have no integrity as a company. Absolutely unacceptable ******* I will be seeking legal help if this is not resolved fairly.- ******* K
