I purchased my laptop and then noticed a small crack immediately. My product is under warranty. I have called several times and emailed twice regarding the issue. I haven't ever gotten anyone on the phone and no one has ever responded to my emails. All U want is a replacement.

.99 or 749.99I purchased an officejet 901 printer on 4/18/2023. I logged on HP support to get help with installation. Everything went OK until I got to the software download and I was told that I would receive a call concerning the download. **** called me and said he was unable to download my printer driver because I did not have a firewall and malware and ransomware would need to be prevented. I believed that he was an HP employee as he never hinted that I was talking to a third party so I trusted him. He said that he would install the required software and I could choose $549.99 for 3 years or $749.99 for 5 years, I told him I had Norton antivirus and asked if this was available through them. He replied that it was not. I was in a hurry because I had a large print job to do and had already spent 3 hours trying to get the printer installed so I said to go ahead. I later checked and found that I could add these features to my Norton account for $99 for the first year. So I paid $150 for a new computer and $586 dollars for the driver download. What a con job they did on me! By the way, the prices quoted to me were for "seniors", which led me to believe that we seniors who did not grow up in a cyber world would be easier to dupe so their services were targeted at us.

I purchased a new lap top from HP 3/22/21, a year later I was having issues with my computer, so they sent a replacement right away as I need my computer for work and school. I tried calling earlier in the month 4/7/23 and several times before that to get in touch with somebody in regard to my current issue with this lap top. Due to the issues I had to deal with and the mess that was created the rep extended the factory warrantly on 3/22/22 to 3/22/24. I have time stamped and documented conversations with your staff refusing to help. All they could offer me was a ***** credit and a repair that I would have to send my lap top out for. I can't be without my computer, this has gone too far, I even referenced the email chain conversation with the previous rep and the confirmation I was given. She told me when I asked to speak to her manager that her manager was just going to tell me the same thing. I own everything HP and have for years, after today I am thinking of leaving.

I purchased an hp Pavilion October 2022. From the get-go it didn't stay connected to my wi-fi but I kept being patient till January when it really started to lose connection often and then I would have trouble manually reconnecting. I took it to Staples in ******* ** and they cleaned it up and did some maintenance and told me it should now stay connected.. It did not. Then I called the hp support and talked to different people that I could hardly understand because of their accent. They told me some things to do, which I did. They said "now it should work". It didn't. Then on one of my six phone conversations the agent got in to my computer and did a bunch of maintenance things remotely. Said it should now work. It did not. Took it back to Staples and they sent it away to hp service. They had it for a few days, took it apart, and replaced the wi-fi board and did some other (of the same) maintenance things. It still did not stay connected. At one point in time I put the computer right next to the router and it still did not stay connected. I will mention that the computer sits right next to my printer that stays connected to my wi-fi and never loses connection. Staples sent it back to hp service again. They had it 10 days and said they could not find anything wrong with the computer. I am ********************************************************************************************************************************* I asked that hp replace the computer. I know from going on-line that they sell refurbished computers all the time. I want them to take mine back and they can do that, but I have requested a new computer and they will not satisfy me, the customer. Maybe you can help me get a refund for $559.99 or a new computer.

I just purchased an HP Laserjet M140we printer which was advertised to be compatible with my Linux operating system.Fact: 1. It does not work with Linux without an inordinate amount of trouble and then only occasionally.2. Although they advertise their products to be compatible, that's simply a lie. HP does not support any Linux products. (Their customer support is very smug about that fact.)3. Fortunately I have a friend who needs a windows printer I can give this piece of junk to I will never spend a cent on another HP product of any kind.

I sent my lap top in almost 2 months ago. The Case Manager "*******" ignored me for 3 weeks, stating he had an emergency. Everytime I call to get a replacement, they promise to send me to escalation where someone will call me in ***** hours. They never do. Everytime I am sent to a supervisor, HP hangs up on me. ******* told me 3 days ago he is waiting on an upgrade approval and will call me back in ***** hours. That has not happened. I have an active call log on who I have spoken with and when. At this point they are holding my lap top that I NEED for work, hostage. I am extremely frustrated and upset. I will never ever do business with them or purchase their products again. This is a nightmare!!!!

I have had nothing but issues with not more than 1 year HP Envy Inspire ****e which cost $325 direct from Hp. The issues that popped up are "Photo tray is blocked " and this is and has stopped my system from printing. The tray itself is in working order, I have never printed a photo nor used the photo paper tray option, however the system has no paper jams. I spent 4 and half hours with hp support to go through switching it off on and reseting the system updated the drivers did everything possible on camera view with the support rep to be told i am out of warranty when i screamed high and low and said this is the 3rd printer I have purchased within 2 years, this printer has got a hp support tech extension care package, this printer amongst all my laptops right down to desk top i have purchased through yourselves here and your here to tell me that a printer wont last past 12 months when there has been no issue other than your system glitch of a myster "photo tray is blocked"....I said I wanted a replacement, the assistant on ** stated that i had a claim that they would replace my printer and went through the process of paying the $1 caladeral fee. I am now a week into waiting for some kind of confirmation that they had shipped it and printer is on its way = today i received an email from tech support if there is anything they can do and if we sorted out my issues which I found odd. I find out after calling them that they had not processed the printer and I have to scream H*** to get a replacement after spending so much money on a printer and the care package every year with Hp.I am very much dissapointed, I am wating on a resolution for them to replace this printer and hoping that they come to the party and ship a new one out as per my first reach out to their support team.I am disgusted that such a large corporation can fool customers with Hp Insta ink, with printers that die in less than 12 months when we have invested so much money into printers.

Hp instant ink. Warning !!!! This is a rip off I wanted to cancel my hp instant ink subscription and had months worth of ink left over. I paid for that ink and am getting ready to buy a new printer because the ** printer i have is so bad. The minute i called to cancel i was told the ink in my printer would no longer work, because they were a service and not a product. Clearly I am paying for a physical product, Ink.. for my printer not a service. The printer is my printer bought and paid for. The service would be them sending out the ink, not the ink itself. They also immediately sent me a notice that i would receive more ink that I would have to pay for but not be able to use. This morning I was unable to use the ink in my printer that I had paid for. This clearly must be illegal.

HP **** printer is a product you should not purchase. Threatening customers do not work very well. I am going to throw out this piece of s*** printer and buy a non HP unit. I have never experienced such a poor product, coupled with this arrogant invasive attitude pestering us to buy your s***** ink for an exorbitant price.HP is sending emails telling me to throw out the ink and buy HP ink. Now the printer is not printing correct, although test page is 100% ok. I am sure you interfere in the printer file. I have had many printers and do not need to be yold how to operate, but this POS has never worked correctly.
