HP should stand for "How Pathetic". I worked there as a contractor for almost a year and was blown-away of how incompetent, unorganized, and unethical this company is. HP is a fortune 500 company that no longer cares if it's in the game or not. Look at the thousands of complaints on this web service. My experience with them was that they care nothing about their customers. They sent me out to my first two jobs with bad parts and had the customers thinking it was my fault HP's parts didn't work. I had to prove to HP this was happening because they wouldn't believe me. Managers sit back and do nothing day after day but pin issues on the technician that are beyond their control and then blame the technician after HP set them up for failure to start with. This is the normal course of business for these losers. They try to take no responsibility for anything and offer no real training for the products they want technicians to service. They try to motivate technicians with false hope of improving conditions which never develop. HP will take the customers side, even when they are lying, and punish the technician for doing a good job. They sent me the wrong part to a customer site three times on one job and it was hundreds of dollars to ship it back and forth even though I sent them pictures and measurements so they would be able to send the right one. They recently let me go on a couple of false customer complaints when the real reason is because of the economy and the lack of work in my area. They don't want to pay unemployment so they use lies to help remove a technician rather than lay him off the right way. They didn't even pay me for working on Memorial Day. Take it from someone who got burned daily for almost a year from HP, "don't do business with this company". 👎👎

There should be a zero star option. Maybe even a few negative ones. Horrible horrible company. When you finally do get to speak to someone, they make you repeat everything over and over and just never get anywhere. Had to cancel my card and just move on.

HPOfficeJet Pro We bought this new printer and responded to an ad for HP Instant Print cartridges Since we signed up in Feb 2022 we never receive any ink Their instant ink phone number cannot connect to an agent We have been billed every month with no ink delivered to us. Impossible to speak to an agent. We've been ripped off as our VISA has been charged $11.99 per month and we NEVER receive a single ink cartridge. I just cancelled our account and I now have to call VISA to get the HP charges removed I will now trash HP on social media and NEVER buy another HP product again We can't believe they can stay in business. We need a new PC.for home and we will now shop for Dell, a company who we can call and get a live representative on the phone in few minutes.

I purchased a Pavilion 14 laptop after checking the available online reviews. Within 1 minute of turning on the laptop, it immediately started running a super loud fan which indicates overheating issues. I had an HP in the past that had this issue as well, so I recognized the warning signs right away and began the process to return the defective laptop. HP's return process is designed to prevent easy returns and to place an onerous burden on the consumer. I followed the instructions on the website, connecting with a virtual assistant, then technical support, than shopping **************** report. I spoke to 2 different support techs and 1 **************** rep over the course of 2 hours to try to initiate a return for a defective laptop and was told I still did not have the correct information and process to initiate a return. I was then transferred to a 4th person (3rd tech support person), who again transferred me to **************** support (5th person overall). I was disconnected from support twice and despite having to provide my contact info multiple times, I didn't get re-connected with the same support staff and I had to go through the whole process again. Then they hung up on me when I requested technical support troubleshooting to avoid the restocking fee of $150 for a defective laptop.

HP spectre 360 laptop. In less than 2 years the battery swelled to the degree the touchpad became unusable. I pairs $1700 for the laptop purchased from BestBuy. I can find no recourse from HP. The response I receive is the product is out of warranty. I want HP to at least replace the malfunctioned battery, of which there are complaints of all over the internet.
