      HP is a horrifying experience. Do not expect your warranty to cover anything. Do not expect HP to honor thier warranty. I purchased a 8TB HP from Amazon. Blue Screen of Death several times a day. HP customer service has done everything in thier power to negate my claim. After numerous remote desktops they could not fix the issue. I sent in my PC. They sent me a picture of the inside of my PC and said this is outside damages. And that it is not covered in my warranty. I can however pay them 400 to fix it. Fix what? I don't know, they did not tell me or provide any form of documentation. Nor does customer service know? But they do know how much they want me to pay them...While paying them is fine, if you do some work you should get paid. But what are they replacing? How do I know if I want that service? Is it a 32bit hard drive I'm getting back? No one knows...There is apparently no phone number to HP repair shop. Or any way of getting that information. I will not be purchasing anything from HP again. I would advise anyone to never ever ever buy from HP.

      I have purchased my HP ENVY 17 Laptop in December of 2022 ($1,012.93). I have had multiple issues with this device's sound and microphone since I received it. (No clear recording and sound distortion during web meetings ). I contacted HP support and requested if they can replace it since it is still under warranty. They refused and connected me with a tech support to help fix the issue. I stayed with the technician for almost 3 hours over the phone trying every possible setting and troubleshooting. He was unsuccessful and asked me that I might need to reinstall Windows to the device . They asked me to buy a flash memory which I refused to be responsible for, they then had to send me one so I can be able to reinstall Windows. It was on another day after I received the flash memory where I was connected to another technician and again I spent half day for that process to be completed. After the installation was completed and instead of compensating for that time and address my concern of that I do not trust this device to be fully functioning without any issue I requested that they extend the warranty for another year after the standard warranty, they went on advising me that they will not do that and I would have to buy their extended warranty and total care package for another $330. That's is a scam!! They basically sell you defected devices for you to buy their extended warranty and care package. They simply cannot be trusted. I am requesting a replacement for a same or better device model with an extended warranty for 3 years at least.

      ** HAS BEEN A TORN IN MY SIDE FOR YEARS. I JUST INSERTED AN HP CARTRIDGE THAT THEY WILL NO LONGER HONOR. IT IS THEIR CARTRIDGE AND DIRECTS ME TO THEIR INSTANT PRINT SERVICE. NON-COMPLAINT CARTRIDGE ARE STOP VIA THEIR FIRMWARE, THEY ARE STOPING THEIR OWN PRODUCTS FROM BEING USED!!

      I purchased two ink cartridges from ** and before they arrived the printer for which they were bought TOTALLY DIED. It was a model that ** no longer makes or services, so I bought a new one. The new printer DOES NOT take the ink cartridges I had purchased so I wanted to return them for a refund. I went to the ** website and clicked on the **************** link but NOWHERE could I find any procedure by which I could return them nor could I find any phone number to call for ANY information. I then tried to initiate a "chat" with ****************, but NEVER got a response back. Moreover, they wanted to CHARGE ME A FEE for connecting. They are all too eager to take my money for their products but don't seem to give a hand about returning money to customers where there is a valid reason for doing so.

      Originally sent my laptop in for repair in March of this year. The estimated turnaround time was around 3 weeks, however, the date I'm supposed to have it back changes a day or two AFTER I'm supposed to have the laptop back. Needless to say, I still haven't seen my laptop even after 3 months. To make matters worse, according to the emails I'm receiving, they've made no progress on the repair. It's been difficult to get in contact with anyone who can help; one support representative even said they'd expedited the repair and I should get an email confirming that. Never received an email and the return date was pushed back again. I've been patient, but this is getting ridiculous.

      Shipped laptop here to be repaired. Directions stated to include power supply.When laptop was returned, it was WITHOUT power supply.Then told it would be an additional week before I could receive a replacement.

      Purchased an ALL-In-ONE pc from HP.com. Received it DOA. Contacted HP support and they told me I would need to send it in for repair. The turn around time originally was supposed to be a week. 1 day before it was to be sent back to me, i received another email that stated it was going to take 2 months. Seriously? I proceeded to contact HP support to get this remedied and kept getting the run around. They even put me on hold once and left me there for over an hour then disconnected the call. I finally demanded a refund. Now I await a check to be mailed to me. HArd to believe that a huge company like HP would treat customers this way. I will never buy another HP product ever again.

      If you ever DO get your printer working, you can be assured it will NOT work the next time you try to print anything. I've had 2 HP laptops and printer. The first two worked well for 5 years. But after speaking with more than 7 people over a span of 6 business days it is still not working. Their "work around" is a USB cable ?? DO NOT PURCHASE HP or Buyers beware

      Hp sold me an improper, faulty, non working computer. They refused a refund, and provided a failure of fixes, and waited til my warranty was over to offer refund for cash. Hps misleading business practices is bad news for all!!!

      My 3 month old laptop was having a battery problem. I ran the diagnostics on HP's web site and was told that it needed a replacement. I made an appointment at the service center the gave me, BEST BUY, and drove an hour to get there only to be told that HP wouldn't ship them the parts required but they could send it in and I should have it back in 6to 8 weeks.I said I couldn't be without it that long and what I should do, the answer was to buy a new computer, anything that wasn't HP as my story was just one in a long line, and thank you for not yelling at me. The person behind me was having the same problem.
