      I purchased a printer and from the very beginning had connectivity problems. I was always able to work through the problems and get it working again. As time went on, it stated getting worse until one day it quit completely. After requesting the warranty information through several calls to HP and several times with online chat, they will not give it to me. I am not down to 7 days left on my warranty and still do not have any info on how to file a claim. I tried one last time to day with the online chat. I was told we had to go through "maximum troubleshooting steps" before a warranty claim could be filed. I was on chat for an hour and a half working on a dead printer and still would not file a warranty claim. Absolutely disgusted! Will not but from HP again!

      Do not use HP ink subscription! They will charge you monthly and not send you ink. I called customer service because of course Im paying this subscription I rarely use my printer but when I need it even with subscription I have NO INK even tho Im paying for it!! I chatted with customer service giving them opportunity to make it right- being told I will send you out a black ink youll have in 2-3 business days ps 7+ business days later still no ink advised oh Ill give you one month off.. well Ive paid for over a year and certainly havent received the ink to cover it and now when I need to print I cant!! Do not waste your money! I think HP should have to pay the customers back for s******* them over for this FALSE ADVERTISING. Also so they dont have to fill ink much the tone on your color sudden is a lot lighter when you HP ink than before too. HP should have to reimburse everyone that has been taken advantage of on this service!

      I purchased a HP laptop through Amazon on 3/21/2023. From the get-go, I had issues with it. It didn't boot up consistently. I have been trying to start a Proofreading course, which is now on hold indefinitely. It got to the point of my spending half the day trying to start the laptop. I called tech support for HP, but the call was outsourced. I had a very difficult phone session with them, as there was a definite language barrier. I ended up booting the computer using "BIOS Recovery". I went to tech support at Staples and spent money I shouldn't have had to to get the computer fixed temporarily. Now I am back where I started with a computer that doesn't start unless it's in "recovery" mode. Amazon won't accept it back as it was sold through a third party. I am looking for a refund for the computer itself, the money I spent at Staples, and/or a new computer! Have emailed HP with the same requests.

      Ill never buy another HP again. Switching to ****** or **** now. After being a loyal HP customer for 20 years, they wont take back the ***** they sold me that doesnt work in the first two months I bought it, and instead keep insisting I work with their customer service **** repeatedly. THE COMPUTER DOESNT WORK. TAKE IT BACK AND SEND ME A NEW ONE. Im not stupid. Ive owned multiple HP computers and not a single one Ive had before has a keyboard that randomly locks up constantly while youre using it. SO frustrating!

      I enrolled in HP instant ink program. I canceled it because I wasn't using it and according to their website, you can pause or cancel anytime. What they don't tell you is that if you cancel, they hi-**** your printer and you can't use the ink you bought and must remove it and buy other ink that doesn't come through the subscription plan. This is not written anywhere and you only find out after you cancel and they wipe clean your former subscription. I will never use HP products again....EVER!

      When I bought my computer, I signed up for them to send ink so I would not run out. After 2 years and several phone calls, they charged my credit card monthly, and I have only received ink once. That was after a I complained a year ago that I never received ink. Now, they cut off my printer so I cannot print. I have been on the phone over an hour explaining, very simply, the following:"** has billed me every month for ink, but I have not received the ink. Now I have an email from ** stating my payment is late and due to that, they have somehow remotely, stopped my computer from being able to print on my ** printer. I have explained to the person on the line from ** that I deliberately stopped paying for ink, since I was not receiving the product. I actually had to go to Office Depot to get ink, because we ran out." If they don't come back on after the about 10th "2 min. wait", I'm hanging up and buying an actual good printer tomorrow. ** is the worst. As I see other reviews, I will emphasize do not sign up for "instant ink". But more importantly, do not buy the ** printer. There are many others that are a better quality.

      When buying an HP printer I was offered a program where they will automatically send me ink. For this I agreed and gave them my creditcard number. Sometime later my wallet disappeared so I cancelled my credit cards. This caused my automatic billing to be interrupted. HP responded by disabling my printer so I cannot use it. When I complained about this I was told that was the policy. So I asked to be taken off the program and was told if I do that I will no longer be able to use my current ink cartridges because they will only be allowed to work if I am an active ink subscriber. I advise that no one subscribe to this service.

      I can't get a straight response from any of the customer service reps I've spoken to about selling back my large format printer. I've been directed to multiple websites and phone numbers but still can't get the support I'm seeking. I will not be shopping with HP again for any future business needs.

      I have three HP Officejet **** printers, that all take the 901 black and color ink cartridges. The cartridges disappeared in the the retail stores. Then, I find out that they re-numbered the ink cartridges that go to these printers but instead of $19.99 the price on the black cartridges is now over $27.00! The color is up just as much too, just for changing the cartridge number. This is outrageous to raise the prices this high.

      This is a scam. They refuse to update the driver for my new $250 printer bought last year and they refuse to cancel Instant Ink. Ive canceled it almost monthly fighting with them this month about it because they still keep trying to take money from my bank account every month! It says pending cancellation in my account long-term. If also says I still owe delinquent monthly fees even though this has been canceled repeatedly for 9 months! While on the phone last week, they put me on hold for o er an hour!!!! Today, they circled me around never even giving me a human. It is a scam. A dollar a month adds up over time just like a little faucet drip can make a flood. This is 100% unacceptable. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR INSTANT INK!
