    I am so glad I made the decision to sign up with Redefining Strength! It was one of the best things I've done for myself. The entire team was amazing, and I'd describe it as a five star experience all around! I gained so much strength and confidence. The one on one coaching was just what I needed to assist me on my journey. The owner and my personal trainer were super engaged every single day and someone was always available to help. The community was also an amazing source of encouragement and motivation and I never for a second felt like I was left on my own. I lost weight, gained muscle, and learned a ton! I cannot recommend this enough. If you are reading this and on the fence, just go for it!

    I cannot express enough my gratitude for this RS program and for coach ****. It is the most positive experience I have had with any program. The knowledge that I have gained while losing weight and getting stronger is just phenomenal. The patience and the encouragement from my coach and her honesty kept me going. I hit a few bumps along the way and she was always so supportive. And thats what I needed !!!! Never once did I feel like a failure or I couldnt do it. Everyday was a new day and the message was clear, Never give up and I didnt even when I wanted to, I could just speak to my coach and it was all ok again. I could have been more diligent and probably had even better results but my coach said I did awesome and she was proud of me. Again, positive reinforcement!! I now have the tools to move forward, however, if I feel I need that support again I know that **** and her team will be right there when I need them. It was truly a great experience. I highly recommend to anyone sitting on the fence about their health journey and where to start!! Its just awesome. THANK YOU RS!!!!!

    I think knowing that there is always room for growth is the amazing part! It means we are focusing on what we can still learn and do to improve and that's what creates that growth mindset and helps results continue to snowball.     I can't say enough great stuff about my experience with ****** went in a little hesitant because of medical diet restrictions and they were able to adjust some macros for me even with my limits. As far as the workouts, so many options! Incredible flexibility in scheduling and everything from beginner to lifer! Incredible support from my coach, as well as the entire group. Opportunities to communicate with, find support and give support to others on their journey as well. I highly recommend trying RDS. Even if you think you know what you're doing, like I did, you're going to learn something new!

    Redefining Strength is exactly the program I needed! This isn't about being on a diet or depriving yourself from anything. It's about making your own goals and having someone guide you towards achieving those goals. Or maybe you decide that isn't a goal you want and they help you there, too. I orginally wanted to lose 20 pounds, but what I ended up doing was so much more than the numbers on the scale. I got toned, I got faster - ran my fastest half marathon in 12 years while on the program - learned about the personal changes I needed to make in my life and gained a better understanding of food and macros. All at the age of 48! Sure, I lost weight and inches, but more importantly to me was I gained emotional, mental and physical strength. The porgram is so great I signed up for another 12 weeks to keep the positive direction going until I have a handle of how to keep things moving on my own.

    Deciding to work with Redefining Strength was exactly what I needed. *************************** and her team teaches you a much better way to approach weight loss, health and most of all mindset. I learned more about the nutrition importance when having a balanced macro lifestyle. I am eating more and losing weight!     Redefining strength is the only program (out of many I tried in the past) that has proven effective and amazing results!! I understand every person is different and will have different results, however I am ecstatic and in awe of my results In just one month. I was struggling with menopause symptoms for 6 years, but with Redefining Strength, I finally lost 8lbs in weight as well as consistent inches, especially after trying different workouts, diet pills, programs for years. The greatest gifts I received from this program are wisdom to really take care of my entire body (mind, body, and soul), the foundational and endless empowerment for life and the genuine, authentic and overwhelming support from all involved with Redefining Strength.     My experience with RDS was awesome. I did two tours with it. Had a great coach who kept me on task and did not get frustrated with me when I got tired from my jobs and whined alot. LOL. I learned a ton, lost sime inches and resculpted my body. I am not finished. Hopefully I can manage on my own but if not, I know they will be there. It was worth it.

    I almost dont even know where to start! This program has truly changed my life in every way! Ive never felt more BALANCED! I was a sugar addicted binge eater, non-stop yo-yo and fad ******. I was the person who said I will start on Monday butas we all know, Monday never comes! I was feeling desperate, lost and overwhelmed! I had been following **** and Redefining Strength on ******** Whenever **** would say something it just felt different than an other program Ive been involved with. I can tell you with complete confidenceTHIS IS THE REAL DEAL! My Coach ****** has been incredible! She explains things in a way that just makes sense. ****** has answered all of my questions with such kindness, compassion and understanding. If you are on the fence like I wasJOIN! I promise you wont be disappointed. This may sound cliche but ** finally living the life Ive always dreamed of. Food is medicine! You will also love the workouts.
