    ***** is AMAZING!!!. Having worked out for over 14 years this is the first time I feel like I have reached my goals. I honestly cant believe how much my body has changed, not even the weight that actual composition is do different, I love it. When starting this journey I was feeling a bit lost, unmotivated and kinda confused with what to do being someone who is going to turn 43. I have went from chronic foot and knee pain daily to now maybe weekly. My mental state has also changed, feeling way more confident like I can and will do whatever I set my sights on. Thank you to ***** and Redefining Strength, if you put in the time and commitment even 80% to the process you are going to be blown away, because I definitely wasnt perfect but wow!! I am so impressed with this last year my life has become so different. Thank you form the bottom of my heart.
