      Voipo has charged my credit card $185 without my permission. They provided no notification before my card was charged. The cost for 2 years of service as listed on their website is $149.I have not been with Voipo for 2 years yet, so this is an unauthorized illegal charge to my credit card and my bank checking account. I am going to call them tomorrow and ask for a refund. Given the many problems I have had with their telephone service, this may be the event which causes me to eliminate them from my world.

      My situation is very much like others who have received unauthorized charges to their credit card - in my case, first in May 2024 (which I unfortunately missed) and again in August - extending my service through 2029. When I called it to their attention and firmly requested reimbursement , they basically said "oops, but why not let the charges ride, and we'll give you six months free." I said no, make the refund. After an appropriate period of time to all them to resolve the matter, I involved my credit card company, which refunded the August payment. They contacted VOIPO to request a refund on the unauthorized May payment which was beyond the normal action window. VOIPO declined. I would very strongly urge potential customers to choose a different vendor.

      We have used VOIPO for years however now they have become a corrupt company. They charged our Credit Card without permission back in June even though we were paid ahead for ******. We brought this to their attention about a month and a half ago and they have done nothing. Everyone else is saying the same thing. Someone needs to bring these people to justice and arrest them.

      They do surprise, unauthorized billing and it is like pulling teeth to get a refund. They will not delete my credit card number from their system. Poor customer service.

      We have use their service since 2016. they always charge the card on file. but the is second time happen. They charged us for phone service until 2027 in May of 2024, but in July 14 they do another charge for service until 2029 without our authorization. we request they need to cancel the second charge and do refund on July 25th. Yes, on their panel, do show service cancelled for the one 2029. but i need got any refund since now.

      Be warned & check your credit card statements! They offer you the ability to renew in advance - but when you do that, they STILL charge you when your initial period ended. Basically, they charge you twice. And even if though I pointed this out to them and they promised to reverse their incorrect charge - weeks have gone by and they still have not done it. Sounds like a scam. Recommend you stay away.

      This place has become a nightmare! I have had Voipo for about 7 years and everything was fine. But recently they have tried to bill my credit card 185 dollars 3 times! in last 6 months! The keep lying about they changed there billing data last time I called and now it take forever to get anyone in customer service. I have been waiting on the phone forever to have them remove this last bill again. This place has become TRASH!!!! I am done with them and i warn everyone they dont know what they are doing and will try to steal your money! This is illegal and fraudulent . Who knows how many people have paid more than once for the same service. This place needs to be shut down and investigated!!! There are better companies out there.

      VOIPO ***** dont do it I have been a computer professional (MS ********* engineer LANDesk certified etc.) I have had VOIPO.com and it *****. The calls were scratchy almost incomprehensible. All calls to support were terrible and did not help. You need to avoid this company like the plague.

      Switched to VOIPO over a year ago, and I have had no problems at all. The setup process was easy and straightforward, with helpful guides provided every step of the way.
