      I like this company. The service works good and has lots of features and I'm saving boatload of money over my cable company's VoIP.

      I have used several providers in the past ten years, but VOIPO standout from the rest. Their customer support consistently delivers a friendly and helpful experience whenever I need assistance. I am quite satisfied, and I highly recommend them.

      I've been using VOIPO for about two years, so I felt this review was way long overdue.I must say that my experience with their service has been nothing short of exceptional. Everyone was so helpful. They are easy to communicate with and always reliable - I can make and receive calls without any interruptions or hiccups. Whenever I've encountered any issues or had questions about my service, their customer support team has been a real lifesaver.Furthermore, they have the best price in the industry with no hidden charges.I highly recommend VOIPO.

      I had a decent time with them for 12 years, but my world changed and I no longer needed it, so I cancelled. That was a huge effort in and of itself, as they make it almost impossible to find the cancellation form and fill it out.Then the real ordeal began. First, they extort you by making you send the adapter back or they'll charge you $50. The adapter was never that valuable, and, it was 12 years old. They're just throwing it in the trash when they get it, but they just want to make it difficult for you to cancel. Then, even though I had cancelled and returned the adapter, they attempted to charge my credit card. Fortunately for me, they weren't able to collect. They are still attempting to fraudulently bill me every day, even though I cancelled and returned their adapter. And on top of that, they're threatening to take me to collections.Stay away from these people - it WILL end badly.

      Hi *****,We're very sorry to hear of your bad experience canceling your VOIPo account. We allow all customers to cancel at anytime at voipo.com/cancel and although the equipment does not seem valuable to you, these devices are refurbished and reused for other VOIPo accounts moving forward. If you search for the devices we use on online marketplaces, you will see that they usually charge about $40-55 for them. When our provisioning and SIP information is included, we feel the equipment is worth the $49.95 we charge if a customer wishes to keep it. However, the devices are given on a free lease so we never once charged you for the device and even waived a replacement charge for you in the past.I was able to confirm that your cancellation is now complete. I apologize for the confusion regarding your most recent renewal invoice. Sometimes it can take a business day or two to finalize cancellation by our receiving team. Your device was received on 11/09/2022 and no further attempts on your card were done after that date. The pending renewal invoice has been cancelled and your cancellation has been finalized.If we can be of any further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at ********************************** or to me directly at ********************************************************** you!

      So, before the invoice due date, before you had received the returned device, but after you had been informed the account was being cancelled and after you had received a tracking number, you felt it was a completely acceptable practice to attempt to bill a credit card for an account you KNEW WAS BEING CANCELLED? You sent over two dozen emails threatening to take it to a collection agency BEFORE the invoice was due and AFTER you had been informed the account was being cancelled and the device was being returned. There is no way to put a happy face on this behavior.
