  I spoke with ***** ****** today about a few persistent problems Id been having with receiving the wrong units packages along with the system not registering that I had already picked up a package. She was so kind and patient in helping me get these issues resolved. She was quick and efficient as well. She deserves all the praise and kudos in helping me with these issues when the other avenues I tried didnt work.

  Had some major issues with the app and getting parcel pending account set up for our new apartment.Great customer service/assitance from ***********************. She stayed on the phone with me through the entire registration/account set up process and helped make sure we were linked to the correct apartment account. She was extremely helpful and was able to get all the issues resolved quickly.

  I was having some trouble registering my parcel pending account at the new address. When I called I was connected to a *********************** that was incredibly helpful, she absolutely crushed it. It made an otherwise frustrating task while moving relatively simple and she got everything resolved quickly.She should be the standard every parcel pending *** is held to.

  ***** at Parcel Pending should be canonized for her effort to resolve my issue; viz., PP is not sending me an email to notice re: receipt of a package. I had spoken with ***** on 8/26 who said he had solved it; he was wrong. So I again contacted PP & ***** called me on the wait function when all agents are busy and you hit #2 for a call back. Unfortunately our communications were far from perfect. There was extreme static on the line that impeded our understanding of each other. I thought she hung up & did not give a pleasant review. BUT she called back on another line and then spent soooo much time trying to figure out why the system was not working as it should. She was absolutely thorough in her examination of the problem probing all aspects of the system. Finally she prepared "case" to send to the PP tech team. She demonstrated the patience of Job throughout this long process again working to help this customer with the hope the issue could be resolved. Unfortunately, despite her herculean efforts, the problem persisted, thus she established a case. PP is fortunate to have such a diligent & competent employee who was gracious & friendly at all times. I am so pleased that it was ***** who handled this matter which has proven frustrating. She explained everything in detail about why this issue has arisen and in a way that I would understand. I told her she deserved a vacation after dealing with this matter with me. A super job all around and though the issue remains unresolved, I felt as if I were dealing with someone who knew what she was doing and was focused on closing out the issue. Job well done!
