  They should be ashamed to call themselves Accurate by any means. We need to file a class action lawsuit against them for loss of wages. I had to use them as the last step to getting a new job. They totally botched my Background and listed a driving case as open that was closed since 2020. The system they use is obviously flawed. I had just went through two other background checks one for my health/life insurance license( finger prints and **** and one for another company temp position. I am now licensed agent and am working the temp position. Unfortunately it seems i miss out on the Permanent position. This company was tasked with running my info and totally screwed that up. They should not be allowed to be in business.

  If a company is using this company for your background check . You might as well go and look for another job. Its going on 3 weeks and they still are saying they have no information yet. Ive had background checks come back in less than 2 days. This company is horrible dont waste your time for a job that uses this company. I got a job offer over 3 weeks ago and they still saying they dont have my information back.

  Amazon uses this company and this is by far the worst bg check company I have dealt with. There is literally nothing on my record and it took over a week and then some. I was racially profiled over the phone stating they "Needed to double check to make sure I didn't have a record", but was told the ** check was ran and nothing came back indicating that I was a felon, had warrants, etc. I am literally an artist the goes to anime conventions. So to hear that nonsense was just flabbergasting to hear. I am hoping this company falls through and falls through FAST because their practices are **** poor.

  Been waiting nearly a month on a background check to begin a job. This company has no regards for the economics of it's unwilling consumers. I've lost the original opportunity I had and the entire process has thrown me into economic distress.

  I want to start off by saying I do not understand how there's not any repercussions for this type of work style I guess because at the end of the day I am also waiting for a background that is now way past due I started my employment on November 6th I have reached out and I have requested all correspondence transcripts from my conversations with the reps and every time I call it's something different first time I called it was all the agency that we use are delayed the next one was all we're waiting for your background I've been in ************ a while now and I have had several backgrounds done in a very timely manner I'm not understanding like this makes people look bad even people who do not have a bad background or even a speeding ticket as myself I just think it's literally so ridiculous that they can have that much control over you starting your job at some point in time there needs to be either an attorney involved or a group of people who file a complaint against them because reading these complaints after waiting so long I just thought to myself let me see if they have reviews and oh my God this is absolutely overwhelming and I cannot believe that nothing is being done about it thankfully my employer started me already so I'm almost a month into my employment without a background that looks so sketchy and at some point they should be held accountable for any wages lost due to this untimely background that they're speaking of I'm not sure I've ever in my whole entire life had to wait for a background this long this is absolutely unacceptable ridiculous and I absolutely feel like something needs to be done immediately ****** & ****** is in most of your States so I would recommend that you reach out to them and see if you can start a suite because this is unacceptable

  I'm being forced to use this company for my background check by a new employer. I can obtain a background check from my local police station within 30 minutes. For some reason, this company takes a week (if not longer) to accomplish what I can get done in 30 minutes. **************** is a joke, might as well not even exist because they aren't good for anything except regurgitating some weak, standardized talking points that have been passed on to them by some unqualified member of management. I'm having second thought about working for my future employer if they are doing business with such an inept and incompetent company such as "Accurate".

  My future employer used this do called company , over 30 days later nothing , i paid for a complete background check from another company and it was done in 9 days for another employer , i dont see how this company uses oh the clerks havent sent your info in or whatever lame excuse they use , it's ridiculous to think this group of lazy people has the power to control if you get a job or not , now that i have been living in my vehicle because they cant do a job correctly i am going to have to find a different employer or something because winter is coming and **** *****

  Accurate is the worst background check company I have ever dealt with, and I plan to escalate my complaint to regulatory agencies, for all the reasons stated below. Luckily, my company accepted my complaint, and went forward with me, but I was distraught over what I was put through. It took me hours to get my info submitted to them, because their website kept timing out and I had to resubmit my info over and over. Then they asked me to fill out Word doc forms instead and upload them. Because I had a long work history, and they could't be bothered to verify, they then asked me for W2s from 10 years back.

  Took my money and information and never received a background check! **************** was absolutely no help.
