  I have NEVER had to deal with so many issues from a background check and I have had many. They have asked for every single document I own between every single W2 from every job I've had, pictures of my SSC and ID, Calling and emailing for documents I explained I don't have and wont accept any information I had for said documents. Delaying my Hiring process by weeks. They are horrible at responding back to questions and have made pretty much the whole process VERY DIFFICULT. Im quite frustrated by he whole process which makes me not to want to go through with the employment for the company issuing the background check. Never once have I ever had any contact with any background checks with prior companies, it has always gone very smoothly and efficient. This was a horrible experience. If an employer tells you they do background checks through Accurate just prepare yourself for a disaster.

  The company is VERY FAR from being accurate on its background research!! They have completely false reports and different aliases that I have never used in my life!! Since my company uses them for accuracy, I end up getting screwed in the long run. I have filed a contest with them 2 months ago and they still havent even called me back.

  I am in HR and work on the employer side and we use accurate for background screenings. It is the single most frustrating, inefficient, and asinine company I have to deal with in the course of my job. I do not want to waste another minute explaining the thousands of things that are wrong with their processes, not to mention their pricing is a rip off. I am changing companies now and will be saving time, money, and stress!!!!! AVOID ACCURATE!!

  This company is awful and a legal scam. 3 months waiting for a simple background check, terrible service and outsourced costumer help that sound like total scammers, I'll explain.Submitted all info and documents months ago, my employer knew and assigned me job duties and so on. Weeks later I get emails saying they needed more info about past jobs, strike 1. Then I start getting weird generic emails about additional info, w2s, irs documents, all which had been already been submitted. and to only be sent via email, in a broken link. strike 2. Fews days later I get a 9pm call, barely understood the caller, starts asking me fishy questions about my new job's HR, Supervisors, employee Names, to accept data transfer? and info that clearly had no relation to my background check. strike 3. Didn't disclose that info and told them i'd speak with my HR office first, no reason for them to ask for sensitive info and irrelevant company info late at night, barely speaking english or even clarifying what exactly the point of the call was. Now im scanning for ID theft and personal info fraud thanks.

  Terrible background check company, its about to be 3 weeks waiting for this idiotic background check. I've had background checks done right in front of me that have taken minutes to complete yet this one has been ridiculous. All for a job that barely pays above minimum wage. This is ridiculous, its not like I'm trying to get a job at the **** The h*** is wrong with this company.I noticed the company replies with the same generic response too because they aren't actually going to fix the nightmare service they provide. I swear to god I am never going to apply to any place that uses Accurate as their background check company and i recommend anyone to do the same. You could probably get tons of jobs by the time they finish their background check and who the h*** even knows if my job offer will still even be on the table by the time this idiotic company finishes its background investigation. DOES THE COMPANY NOT UNDERSTAND THAT PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY LOSING JOB OPPORTUNITIES BECAUSE OF THEY TAKE TOO LONG? ITS A BLATANT CONTRADICTION!
