  Let me just start by saying this is one big joke of a company. Thanks to them I didn't even get the job after jumping through all their hoops and that took two months. The paperwork they sent me said I was not hired because "recipient failed to respond" which is just a lie because I have replied to every email they have sent me and I have proof in my email sent folder. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

  Absolutely abysmal. What a joke of a company. They started a background check for me 3 months ago and it hasn't progressed since. Everytime I call, whoever answers just sits on their hands and says their's nothing they can do. They never meet their projected times and have put me in financial jeopardy thanks to their incompetence. My advice is, if the company you're hoping to work for is using these clowns, just look for work elsewhere. You'll get a check sooner that way. They avoid responsibility for their ineptitude by pointing the finger at counties/states. They should seriously be held accountable for lost wages when they're the only part of the hiring process causing delays. If anyone knows of a class-action lawsuit against them please let me know so I can sign on. Can not stress enough how absolutely terrible my experience with them has been.

  Its the worst company In the world. My background taking forever! Not giving you any explanations is just my background Still pending for two weeks already! They just giving me heart attack, I have a very good offer from ******************, I dont have any idea if I can start the job soon. I really need that Job. I heard the people waiting for more than eight weeks. This is ridiculous. Im stressed out like I have never been before! I cant sleep! When Im calling them, they not giving me any information, not giving me even approximately time what it might take to finish the background. This is ridiculous.

  Accurate is the worst background company I have had to deal with. Everyday they need something, you send it to them and they don't update your file. Then they send your new employer email stating you are not responding to their request. It's enough to make me not want to work for a company that depends on this company for background checks.

  This company does not even bother to report accurate information. They do not do a thorough background check which can lead to false discrepancies on your background check. They fetch people from overseas to complete the background check so that they can skip out on costs. This leads to inaccurate reporting and a lack of accountability.

  I am experiencing a significant delay in the completion of my background check, which is preventing me from starting my new job. Despite having a clean record and previous background checks that were completed within four days, I have been waiting for almost three weeks without any updates or an estimated time of completion. This delay is causing financial hardship as I am unable to work and rely on this job opportunity. I kindly request your urgent attention to resolve this matter and shut this company down.

  Been waiting since may **** claim they cant make any employment decisions, but I cant start work unless they clear my background check. **** took up to two months To clear my background And Amazon still had to do a background check of their own. I told Amazon to go find another driver because this is taking too long and this is ridiculous. Yall are taking peoples livelihood and money and time.

  Horrible, I wish I can get help regarding this. My background check was processed on May 13, 2024, from what I see from others, it might take up to 3 months or more to get the background check done. I can't go months waiting like this. I've also been told about a court level problem that is delaying the processing. This should be illegal, I might even consider a lawsuit. In the past they have processed my background within days and I have a clean record.

  Submitted required info for background check on 4/9/24 and today is 6/10/24 and still processing. I message them about twice a week and nothing. No eta no follow up no expedites seeing its now been over 2 months. I have a job but cant work until this background clears. They are the worse!!! How could they be holding up peoples livelihood! This is soo ridiculous. They arent goin to pay my rent or my bills but I cant work without them clearing my background.

  This is my second time in less than a year having a background check done by Accurate. I lost my first job opportunity because the background check was not completed in time. It took accurate 35 business days. Everything came back fine, so i have no idea why it took so long. This time I'm going on 12 business days and still nothing. Make it make sense, please...I call and email, and I always get a generic response, they cant give me a specific time or day. This is completely unacceptable.
