  Stupid company. Never trust this people. Irresponsible and dont care about our complaints. They dont know how to do a background check properly. I never see such a worst company in my entire lifetime. They are not deserving even one star.

  I was an HR director and I never had it takes so long for a background check. Meanwhile, new hires wait for their results as their bank accounts drain. Is the company legit? Numerous complaints with the Better Business Bureau as well. One stated that they went homeless waiting a month for his results and didnt have time to get another job before becoming homeless. I'm in a hotel as traditional for a new home and job. My bank account draining as I wait for my results.

  Extremely slow I've had the same job for 20 years the same state issued license and only attended 2 highschools and with the technology and resources they have today with the information and numbers I provided it should not be taking 2 weeks for my results

  Extremely slow and no resources or ways to find out progress. Their website to login doesn't even work. They have bad reviews all over ****** for a reason. If you have to deal with them don't waste your time. They're very well known for giving reports with false information too.

  I dont have criminal back ground and I retired from my last job. How these people intrude in your daily lives, calling people and wanting me to provide tax returns as far bqck as 2011. If you know anything you can only get them 10 years back. Dumb dumb, must be a migdet minded. I have a retirement and actually was offered the job that I applied for but this Accurate needs to be reported to the ***** Im sure that ypur rights have been violated by Accurate. I beleive in serving the underserved employees of this good nation. There are attorneys that will *** them for Mental Anguish

  By far. I come to realize this is the worst company to get a background check through. They have no one to help you and everyone is trained to say they don't know why!!! I have never waited over a month for a background check!! This is ridiculous and I advise all companies to take another route when it comes to this company!!! After all look how they respond to reviews. Same BS

  This company drags their feet on their screening job. They also very clearly don't read their own applications or communications. They constantly call the wrong numbers for prior employers and ask for the same documentation multiple times even though I've provided it within minutes each time. They also want paychecks for volunteer positions and don't seem to understand that paychecks don't exist for unpaid positions. They've called twice to ask for employer contact information that was provided to them on the screening questionnaire. This last time they called me, they asked me if their own system could accept digital signatures. I told them I have no idea what their software and permissions did and did not allow - they should know since they work for Accurate, and if they don't know, the applicant isn't the person to ask. The feds have cleared me and are ready for me to work, but the third party company I am working through insists on using Accurate and being cleared through them. We've been waiting for Accurate for three weeks now.

  To bad 0 stars isnt an option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! This is the worst screening company I have ever seen in my entire life and *** worked with quite a few. I am now on week 5 of waiting for a background check. The position I was offered at a company that would have changed my life completely in my current situation is off the table and roles have been filled. The job also came with a $4,000.00 sign on bonus and I am now unable to receive that as well. There is absolutely no information given from Accurates employees and they lie to you when they do have the useless information they provide when they decide to. For three weeks the website said background check complete. Results will be posted within one day. Then early last week changed to one to two days. Completely false. I have contacted them numerous times and numerous times they have literally said nothing we can do about it and promptly ended the chat with no warning. I was told at one point just like this some government facility is holding it up when I asked which one they could not tell me. This came after I was told everything is clear and we are just waiting for an internal department to release it and we have submitted a request for an expedited service. That was three weeks ago. As I mentioned were on week 5. I highly suggest anyone reading this or having similar issues, reach out immediately to their larger clients like ****************** Cheesecake Factory etc and tell them to stop using this service as it is not only wasting thousands upon thousands of dollars for them but it is wasting the time of the individuals trying to make a living and find decent employment. Completely ruining peoples lives and taking real chances away from innocent hard working people. This company is a legal scam and are stealing from people and businesses. If you are a business DO NOT USE THEM! I have had two separate background checks completed in the time it has taken them to finish one.

  Let's see... no transparency into MY background check status, slow and delaying the start process for a job, chat employees completely inept and not able to share any details (useless chat feature), across all review sites they are rated 1 star. Not sure how this company can stay in business. As you can see, even the BBB doesn't accredit them. Go figure!
