    We purchased a $50 **** gift card from Target on 12/6/2022 that we were gifting our daughter for Christmas. Our daughter could not use the gift card as it was used by someone two to three days after purchase, and we found out the card was already used when my daughter was trying to purchase something after Christmas. We submitted a case with the In-****************** team at ********************************** on January 5th and signed a document via Adobe Sign with our refund request. ******** care requested that I wait 45 to 90 days for them to resolve the issue, but the case was not resolved after waiting 90 days. I reached back to *********************** on May 4th to check the status of my concern. The gift card customer care reached out on May 19th to me requesting a picture of the front & back of the gift card and the receipt from Target that I provided. They asked that I send his info to ******************* with first name, last name, and case number in the subject. I emailed this info the same day, but I am still waiting for a relay back from customer care. I contacted customer care multiple times via email, but I am still waiting for a response from them. My case number is 54712399.Please request a **** gift card customer care team refund my money asap as there is fraudulent activity on the gift card before my daughter can use it.I appreciate your support.Regards,***************************

    on my birthday may 7th 2023 i bought a vanilla **** gift card for $25 from a cvs i went to use to use my card i noticed that as soon as i opened the card the numbers on the front of the card were missing/scratched off and the security code was missing. so i called cvs and they said i had to call the company itself incomnn the digtal case card number is ******** was given to me they asked me to send them a email with a receipt, front and back of the card and my picture ID and front and back of package at this email address called ******************* i continued to email them on may 7th, may 15, june 4th and july ********************************************************************* august on the 3rd 4, 5, 7, 9th and the 14th and 15th of august still no resolution towards getting my money back i called three different phone numbers on card **********************00 ( her name was *********) and i emailed a guy named ******* twice she sent a email to ******* and Friday the 11th and Monday the 14th about this case ******* called a friend of mine and said they were going to call me never did and they finally got ahold of said friend and said they were going to set up a meeting for today to finally resolve this issue august 15th for 12:30 never called me please help me solve this matter sincerely ******

    This gift issue has been going since April! It was purchased on Dec. 20th 2022, the wrong pin was entered. They have been giving a run around! The case number is ******** . Its a ************ gift card . I have made contact with them an gave them all the information they wanted.

    I have bought a **** Vanilla Gift Card. I had used it a couple of times and it worked completely fine, then when I try to use it at my local grocery store it says that it had an error. I called the company and have been on hold for an hour. I know for a fact I have $80 on the card and I am outraged. I believe that this card is a scam and that it may let you use some of the money and then take it. When I called, it said that there was an error on the card, but they didn't say that I had no balance, which leads me to claim that I still have a balance on there but the company is not allowing me to use my card.

    On 3-16-23 my **** gift card was hacked and used for the remaining balance on Target.com. Ive been unable to contact **** gift for a refund for the balance I lost. Below shows how I didnt use the giftcard because Target shows when you come & purchase both in store & online.

    I made a purchase in December ********************************** ******, ** *****, where I purchased a **** gift card for my daughter for Christmas. I wanted her to purchase for the first time online where she would be responsible for keeping up with her balance etc. On December 27th she made a huge purchase to *****. When she made the purchase to *****, her balance was **** on the card, so she disposed the card. Well unfortunately when she received the clothes, some fit and some didn't, so we had to return the clothes. It was noted to put the money in a wallet online for *****, but they placed the money back on the card. The card was disposed, so $205.02 was placed back on the card. I reached out to ***** multiple times and you can see from the attachment with emails etc. I was told that they couldn't reverse the charges once the refund went back on the card. When I called **** on February 3rd and I spoke with ***** she stated that I would need the actual card, how if I stated that the card was thrown away because the funds were used up? I called **************. I wasn't satisfied with the response from ***** so I called ************** and spoke with *******. He stated that if I had the last 4 digits of the card they could locate the funds in the system and send me another card. With all the back and forward with ***** after them stating that they don't have any of the card payment information, they stated that the only see what type of card was used towards the account. I know that was a lie, because ********** send me a copy of the card number, with some missing. So after Going back and forward, I reached out to **** again and I spoke with ****. **** stated that it's no way that they can search for the card number and I would need the receipt from *********. I don't have the receipt from ********* and nor do I have the card(**** gift card). Im just asking for a new card with the balance of $205.02 that ***** has placed on the card. Even when they look the card up, you will see it hasn't been used

    My mother was gift a **** Gift Card for Christmas. She ended up in the hospital that evening and does not remember who gifted her the card. We do not have the original receipt but I have the card and **** Gift Card Services is telling me that the card has already been registered in someone else's name. I removed the gift card from the cardboard packaging to try to spend it online for items my mother wanted to purchase. I was unable to use it cause it's been registered to someone else. I have made upwards of 20 phone calls to **** Gift Card Services trying to get this resolved. They tell me, even after sending my ID and pictures of the front and back of the gift card, that they cannot replace the card without a receipt. Which means the person who gifted my mother with the gift card is "out" $100 and my mother cannot spend her gift. This seems like a very bad way for **** Gift Card Services to do business and I would like to get a replacement card from them for my mother. I have been trying to get resolution since February 10, 2023. Please help.

    I bought a vanilla **** gift card at family dollar and placed ****** on it. The card doesn't work even though it's activated. I tried to return it but they wouldn't let me. I've tried calling the number on the back of the gift card and no one ever answers. ************. I've been scammed and this company took ******! Someone has to stop them.

    Purchased one of the **** gift cards and loaded it with $400.00 on Jan 23rd 2023 at 10:50 p.m. At 11:05p.m tried to use card and was declined for INSF. At 11:09 p.m called there customer support. There was a transaction on card emptying it completely only seconds after it was purchased! At that time transaction was only pending told them it was fraudulent! And to stop payment or something as it was vital that I needed that money for an important bill! Here it is mid March and still no money back! Provided them with receipt from purchase and pictures of card. Have called multiple times and keep being told it's being investigated. There was a couple customer service reps that told me the company hopes people give up, as they keep people's money after no contact for so long!! That's crazy. And doesn't seem right!!

    Bought a $20 gift card as a Christmas gift. When I opened the card, the *** code was missing; therefore, the card could not be activated. In December, I called and spoke to a Rep named ******* @ ************* stated to fax in a picture copy of my id and the gift card to ************ with specific instructions to have the company re-issue a new card and register the card under my name. It is now 2/22, and now they are asking for a copy of the receipt, which I no longer have, and they have refused to correct this issue. I advised the **** ***** to whom I spoke, that I would report this issue to the BBB, as this type of procedure needs to sound correct for a gift card.
