    I bought a **** Gift Card for ****** at ****** **** Kroger store on 2-8-2023. I registered it that day and then later tried using it and it would not allow me to use it. So I called the number on the back of the card1-888-853-9536, spoke to a female customer service agent from over seas. She asked me for my name, address, card number on front of card and then the last eight digits of a long number on the back of the card and put me on hold. She came back on and said it was ready to use and I could try it in 24 hours. So I tried on that following Saturday 2-11-2023. Well regardless to say it did not work. I called again and spoke to a man again over seas and he said there was no record of the card being in my name that it was registered in someone else name. He advised i send or fax my license , the card and my info to ************ po ****** ***********************************. I have faxed it all and nothing. I want my ****** back ASAP. Not sure what kind of sceme this is but I bought the **** card at ************** Store so it should be ok.

    I recently brought 5 $100.00 for my 88 yr old mother to give out as Christmas gifts. I brought them from a local target. My son used his right away, and had no issues, my daughter, grandson, husband and I were unable to use ours, found out they had been hacked. My daughter traced down the time and place hers was used at. I called Target and they cant do anything even though her card was used at a target in North Hollywood **********. I have tried for days to contact someone at ***** Got as far as giving them all the card numbers twice, then was on hold for over an hour both days, then was disconnected. Five hundred dollars is a lot of money for an 88yr old on a fixed income. **** needs to step up their customer service, and get on these hackers. They advertise to contact them right away regard fraud, but then you cant get in touch with anyone. No email, no address just phone numbers that no one answers.

    **** Gift Cards seem to be a scam. I had a $ **** gift card from ***************************** and ******* would not take it. It has 73 cents left on it, enough for one avocado. **** I was turned away, after the cashier and the manager BOTH said they cannot take the card. It expires 2/23. I am 79 years old and during this Pandemic, I planned on using the 73 cents. But instead I was humiliated. ***************************** and **** should be ashamed of how their cards do not work. Who gets the remaining amount on the Gift Cards they give out? Maybe a new $ **** gift card and I think I will have to use the entire amount and NOT leave a balance of any kind.
