I agree with previous reviews! This business is a SCAM! They claim they are a US company in *******, when in actuality they are based in the Phillippines, They did not reveal that they have an early cancellation fee and you have to sign up using their tablet. On the phone, they claim that they sent me the agreement, which they did not, and that it explains the early cancellation fee AFTER you have already signed up for their service. As if that were not enough, their product, if any, is ineffective and does not actually kill pests, which they confided over the telephone. They are preying upon seniors and veterans. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!Ecoshield Pest Solutions

Dont use this company. As others have said, a bunch of scammers. We have used them for the last year. There products work poorly. Yes, they come back, but we still have more bugs than we ever did when we were doing are own pest control. We have one more visit to finish our contract, but I have gone back to doing my own because I get better results. They ****. I would give them no stars.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

I have never experienced such poor customer service. You can't get anyone to call you back. Additionally, they set up an appointment and then don't show.....no call, no explanation. Read all the reviews and you will see that they are a poorly run outfit who once you are a customer, they ghost you.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ECO-SHIELD. EVER!!!!!Ecoshield Pest Solutions

I would highly not recommend this company. They first came to solicit in my neighborhood with a sells guy by the name of ******. ****** blatantly lies to my face about the contract. On the initial treatment the technician breaks my patio light fixture. I wasnt home but my wife was so the technician talks with her and tells her that hes made a claim with the local office and that they will be reaching out to fix the fixture. A month rolls past and no light fixture is fixed. I follow up with corporate and the corporate office tells me that they cant get in touch with the local office and that the local office with call me back. Another month rolls past and no light fixture www fixed. When I call to cancel the service they tell me that Im in a contract and that its 200 plus dollars to cancel. When I get initially set the service up ****** said that it was no contract and that it was a month to month service. They also told me that no record of a claim was made for my light fixture. This companys customer service is horrific. They also are scammers that solicit in neighborhoods.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

Eco-shield-DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!-After my completed service on 06/20/24, 30 minutes later, another company in my neighborhood knocked on my door. I said Ecoshield just left. He said that Eco-shields reputation is they only say they do the job, and then bill you. I was still mad at the eco-shield guy who had just left because he never gave me ant traps I had asked for. Thinking this second guy was just trying to sell me, I called him on it and said, "Yeah, right, prove it to me!" and unfortunately, he did. He showed me my house pictures on his cell phone that they really didn't do what I was paying them for. (My contract started with Eco-shield May of 2022) There was an obvious long time rodents' nest that they failed to mention near the bait trap, so I doubt it was even changed. If they were looking at the trap, they would have seen the rodents and mentioned it. The spider webs under the house ***** were removed with a long-handled brush by the second company WHILE I WATCHED. This was supposedly had been done by Eco-shield. After a frustrating several hours of trying to get through to Eco shield to complain. This included multiple phone calls to directed to foreign countries and 2 local offices trying to complain, I finally got someone to agree to terminate my contract and they removed my billing from their system on their end. On July 5th I got another message I still owed them for the "service they performed" they said just because they agreed on June 20th to terminate the contract and remove the method of payment they already had; it doesn't mean that I don't owe them for the service that they (didn't) perform. I paid it because I didn't want to go through the hours of multiple phone calls again trying to resolve this issue. This system is designed to fail the customer and milk every last cent from the client-DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY! If there are any issues it is impossible to resolve them, and you will pay for the privilege of trying to get rid of them.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

Just got off the phone trying to cancel this **mpany that the salesman said "just give us a chance." I **uld cancel if I wanted to keep my old ** but, give us a chance. He even gave me his phone number after telling me he was a part owner of the ** and please call him if I wanted to cancel. When I went to call him i hadn't realized that 1 number wasn't legible. I tried every **mbination I **uld with no success. I called the customer service and I thought the salesman was pushy, They are even worse! At one point she said I had to pay back the 50% dis**unt. They didn't even do a full service that would have included **ming into the home. Now, they are saying I have to pay a $300 cancellation fee. It's been 1 month! Because of E**oshield I will never talk to a door to door salesman AGAIN! Will it do any good to file a police report??Ecoshield Pest Solutions

Scammers! Stay away from this company! The company representative I signed up the initial contract with was a great sales man, who said he can give me a 50% discount if I sign up today. He showed me all bugs on the walls outside and assured me the initial service will be done in few days and the technician will come to my place and do inside and outside treatment, removes all wall bugs and etc. Nobody showed up on the agreed day and time. I called the person who I signed up with he said the service was done. I explained that it was not because bugs are still on the walls and I was home and nobody was here. He set up another appointment and assured they will come back and do everything inside and outside again. The 210$ charge was posted on my account same day. And they actually did arrive on the 2nd appointment, but no service was done except of putting the rats box outside on backyard. At least something ?? I decided to cancel because company is not professional. I called the customer service, spent 30 minutes on the phone, the lady was nice by the way, offered me several options because wanted me to stay with the company. I said no, lets cancel, thank you and there we got a miracle. 150$ cancelation fee , which nobody told me about. Also, she said I signed up for 24 months contract , which I was surprised to hear about, because I moved into rental property with 12 month lease . And probably I was out of my mind signing 24 month service contract and having 12 month lease agreement on rental. ?? but of course nobody told me about contract term same as about cancellation fees. So at this point I had to trust to EcoShield , cancelled the contract, paid the fees, and posting 1 stars everywhere I could. As a result, I got no promised service, paid 210$ for initial service and 150$ cancelation fee, total 360$ and all I got waisted time , and the box for rats on my backyard which I assume they will take back.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

I wish I had read some reviews prior to having them preform "work" at my home. The crawl space work, although well done, took 2 days for less than 7 hours actual work.......... and cost twice as much as other reputable companies. Their pest control outside the house appeared adequate when first accomplished, but following visits were cheap and quick........ nothing like they "said" it would be. As for pest control, I am rid of the rats under the house but other pests still have free reign outside the house.I finally cancelled, and of course it cost me to do even that. I believe the business boarders on CRIMINAL. I wish I had the funds to take them to court.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

If I could give Zero stars I would. I was lied to multiple times by the salesman *******. I was told I would receive a service to enter my crawlspace and block passages for rodents and place traps then when the technician showed up was told they would not go into the crawlspace, but would still charge the same amount. The second appointment that I was under the impression would be in 30 -45 days was then scheduled in 24 days without my confirmation. The cancelation fee that I was told would be $30 then turned into $252.48 Never use this company as they are a worse pest then the ones they claim to get rid of. ****** came to my neighborhood and LIED to neighbors about doing much of our street. He was pushy and came back 3 and 4 times to the same home as we could see on our doorbells. It felt like a real invasion of privacy and smacked of a scam. There are no local offices either!! They do not understand or adhere to the DO NOT SOLICIT list in the county!Ecoshield Pest Solutions
