    They aggressively peddle without a city license to sell door to door. They also are not clear what chemicals they use , clearly hiding environmental *****. say no.

    Buyer's beware, THEY WILL CHARGE A $150 CANCELLATION FEE!!! I had the unfortunate experience dealing with this company. Trust the reviews they are awful. Truly terrible customer service, you will never be able to contact them once they have your money which is laughable considering the price they charge (they are one of the more expensive companies out there).I tried to set up a follow-up top deal with an influx of bugs and spiders after their initial visit. Got a confirmation that they would send someone out. Took time off work to be here for them to spray inside, only for them to send an automated call informing me of them cancelling said appointment. Fair, things happen and they rescheduled for the weekend, so I could be here when they arrived. When the window came and went I called to rescheduled and they reassured me a tech would be out by the end of the day. I then received another automated message informing me my appointment would be rescheduled. You can guess where this is going. I tried and failed at least 8 times over the span of 3 days to call into their office (not on the weekend) to get someone out here to contain the out of control spiders and bugs that were now in my house, only to get ghosted. No one would answer my calls or even call me back after leaving a message. Once I decided enough was enough and tried to cancel, the process to cancel service was a nightmare. I was pressured non stop to keep them and they would reduce the price of their non-existent service. The funniest part was when I agreed to this, they tried calling the scheduling line to confirm a new tech would be coming out. They tried calling twice and you wouldn't believe it, they couldn't get through to them either! Cancelled right after that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

    They are knocking the door every month and harassing with sales. I told them not to knock door again they still do it. I wish there is some way to stop them from entering my frontyard

    Literally steal money. We canceled our service 1 month after paying for 2 months. So we still had 1 month left we paid for. We called asked to get a refund for the 1 months since we canceled. They said no it was already paid. So then we asked ok thats fine, can we schedule our service for the month since we paid for it. They said no you canceled. So I paid and cant get a refund, but also cant get service? So they stole a month worth. How is this practice not asking for a lawsuit. Then they called us threatening collections.

    Absolutely the worst scam in the market for pest control. We live in *****, **, just moved into our new home and the young man who knocked on our door was nice. Made promises that they did not keep and missed appointment not once but twice within the first months service.These people are totally worthless. IF I SEE THE MAN SELLING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN I WILL CALL THE COUNTY SHERIFF ON HIM.TOO BAD WE CAN GIVE NEGATIVE STARS,,,, they're worthy of a -5!

    They made me sign their contract saying not true and charged me $200 to cancel the service when I red the contract and discovered that I signed not what I was told.

    They do not have any respect at all for No Soliciting signs. I was interrupted by a very annoying sales person who clearly saw the sign and kept insisting that he was a "technician" rather than a solicitor. I finally had to just shut the door on him. I then witnessed him bothering a few of my other neighbors with clearly posted No Soliciting signs.The only thing he sold me on today is that if I do need pest control, I will be sure to NEVER hire EcoShield.

    What a company I had one treatment and recently lost my job I'm 63.I tried to cancel and was met with a barage of calls and emails trying to beg me to stay on I stated I am in a financial crisis but that fell upon deaf ears.they charged me $300.00 to cancel.never told about this when applied for service.buyer beware

    SCAM OF THE WORST KIND!!! DO NOT USE THEM. They take money out of your account every month and then they are hit or miss with respect to showing up for service. They do not return phone calls. I have never seen a company to bill you out of money and then not provide service!

    We were sold a "deal" of 3 treatments to get rid of ants. After 2 treatments we still had ants. When we told him where we thoughts the ants were coming from, he said he wasn't allowed to spray there. We STILL have ants. We called to cancel our service and after paying for the first 3 treatments they said we owe over $200! After being on the phone for after an hour, sent from person to person, we were told there was nothing they could do. We expected your advertised statement which guaranteeds "pest free living" which did not happen.
