Two of their people showed up at the door of my 91 year old mother in law's townhome she rents from my wife and I offering their services. She was reluctant and told the first one that came to the door that she didn't think she wanted the service. He went back to the truck and a second "supervisor" came back and said she could have a substantial discount since other people in her townhome development were signing up with no further obligations. She reluctantly agreed to a one time application and gave them a check. They said she needed to sign an authorization for them to complete the service and handed her an iPad to sign which she did. Fearing she had been scammed, she called me. She also called the local police who called the company and was assured there was no further obligation on her behalf. I also called the local number and was assured there was no contract and it was just a one time deal. A month later she got a text saying they were coming back for her bi-monthly service she had signed up for. I contacted the local number which rolled to their 800 national number to cancel. After two calls, I was transferred to someone to cancel who immediately tried to sell more services. After repeatedly telling them what had happened and that we just wanted them to go away, they finally said I could cancel but they needed $300. I'm sending the check to make them go away - hopefully that will be the end of it since they don't have a credit card number on file.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

As all others are stating horrible company, probably criminal liable. **** is a slick ***** who claimed to be pre-med at ********************** then when told him I had just had knee surgery he became a student in Physical Therapy and Kinesiology. Lied about contract stating 4 treatments for $169 and today received another bill for second treatment, $169. Contacted Eco ****** said I misunderstood ****, he is their best shyster, and it is $169 times 4. Eco Sheild madams all trying to intimidate and bully me by threatening court action claiming I owe them residual contract fees of $469, we will see. Filed police report and placed personal order of protection on all sales and technicians trespassing at my home.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

This company has been nothing but a problem and crooked as anything. Everywhere in my contract it states 12 months and that's what was discussed, and I agreed to. I called to see how much it would cost to buy out my contract only to find out it is for 24 months. I looked at my contract and as I said, all over the contract states 12 months but on the last page of terms and conditions, at the very bottom it says this contract is for 24 months. I told them this is illegal, and I will get an attorney. They didn't seem to be concerned. They asked me to email them my contract so they could compare it to what they have and was giving their email address. I sent the email just for it to be return unable to deliver to this address. Does it get any more crooked. Yes, I agreed to have my account charged once a month on a certain day for a certain amount. They took it upon themselves to start charging my account at random times and for random amounts. I am very mad and plan to see this through. I would rather not rate them.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

Had one of their door to door salesman show up today. Made a big pitch about how all the spiders, ants, etc. on thier list would be gone in a snap both exterior and interior. Tried to offer me a deal. I asked him to leave me a quote and ** get back to them. He then gave me some very high pressure salesman tactics, including the fact that this deal he was offering was only good as long as he was there, and that if I waited a week and called back, that this deal wouldnt be valid and the price might be doubled. I politely escorted him off my property and told him I didnt appreciate his sales approach.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

I need a solution for this pest of a company. They are much more of an annoyance than any rodent or insect could ever be. They did not enter the back yard or knock for indoor service. I moved and had to call twice, get transfered, speak with more than one person and be put on hold too many times for far too long trying to cancel. Employee came to my door. Tried to tell me they were doing some work for a neighbor. When I asked to see the city peddler's license required to go door to door, he claimed it was in his truck (same lame excuse I hear from every salesman). Same as all the other reviews. Salesman LIED to me, said I would have a one time fee and a free second follow up.My bank account was debited for the "free" follow up, which he did not even perform 100%.I have called them several times to delete my account and banking info, they will not help me. They said it is an irreversible contract. I had to report them as fraud to my bank which meant a whole new debit card. I had to update that info on all my legitimate payments that I have on auto pay with that card. HUGE *******.Beware of this company, the salesman lied and they do not care. This company is horrific and I would stay far away. They came to our door, we politely declined their services. They forged our signature, came and sprayed our yard without us knowing, and then charged us. Their customer service is awful, we have called multiple times to explain this situation and they are unhelpful and never call back. Have spent so much time on the phone and they ignore us and just keep sending a bill for a service we never wanted. ********Ecoshield Pest Solutions
