"Over sold" is an understatement.Did not mention that ladders would not be used during sales pitch. Nothing but, "ya, we don't do ladder work" after sales pitch.Did not remove several wasp nests that were within reach. Did not remove a wasp nest that would have been impossible to miss had the magic powder been applied as sold.Even worse, constant hounding from collection agency for money not earned, contracts not fulfilled.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

This company sells its pest control services as eco, pet & human friendly it wasn't to our dog. I didn't buy the service my boyfriend did, he's easier & too trusting. The day they came they were supposed to clean away any spider webs, wasp nest, and any other stinging insect nest but they didn't remove anything other than what I lead them to. The employees are only workers they have no knowledge of what they're doing, supposedly the crew chief guides them & is trained well in how to answer you complaints. After their treatment our dog got sick with vomiting, allergy ******************* prostate, complained to company ******** swore by the eco friendly chemicals used wasn't the cause, very next time they came & treated our dog went through the same things hundreds of dollars on vet visit & medications we canceled like all the reviews on this sight they want to insist you pay $ to cancel the contract. Poor company, bad chemicals & still have wasp, ants & other fly insects they Saud it would control. NOT!!!Ecoshield Pest Solutions

I agree with all these complaints. I explained I wanted to go month to month cause I was moving. The guy said I would get a better deal for a year but if I cancelled I would have to pay $150. I said no I am moving-he said I would be able to cancel if I moved. He said the guy next time would bring contract. He did on a dimly lit I-pad which he would not let go of as he scrolled down to the bottom to have me sign. I said,I cant read that! He said, It doesnt matter youll have one emailed tomorrow -it never came! If it had I would say this is not what I agreed too. I text them and called to see it. The emailed something to a partial address-Of course it was over the 74 hr time where I was suppose to have time to review it. I am a widow and the wife of a deceased veteran. No Stars - beware of this company in *******. Fast talking sales guy and once you "try" their service and want no more of their service, they hound you for money and turn your account over to a collection agency. They are a SCAM. BEWARE....Ecoshield Pest Solutions

no stars. Their rep showed up on our doorstep to sell their product. Did a wonderful sales pitch that turned out to be all lies. Attempted to cancel service several times in the first month because they refused to remove a couple of dead rat s from house. They had said within 24 hours. They scheduled a week out. Tried to cancel and the rep showed up to remove them. Their independent inspector came out to determine what needed to be done under our mobile to get rid of rats. Inspector said there was no way he could guarantee the work as we were in a mobile. Said they sold us a bill of goods that couldnt be done.There was no inspection done inside the house to determine you rats were entering house. In the two week we ended up with a bunch more rats than we had. We cancelled the same day inspector came out. They keep insisting we pay an additional $150 which we refuse to do. All this is as in August. They have not come back to remove their bait boxes or traps in the house or outside. September 1, we removed all of the carpets in the master bedroom where the rats were and discovered the heat register had been bent and that is how they were accessing house. Replaced and blocked off ourselves. come to find out the previous owner didnt disclose the rat problem in the house! entry under the kitchen sink where the pipes enter house and through our homes duct system. Which inspection would have found.Sept 15 we had another pest control company come out. Come to find out they are attracting more rats to our house per this new company. This is why there are a lot more rats in our house than before. They put the bait boxes next to the house. They were also using bait that is very outdated and not being used in the industry along with outdated traps that were not effective. This company needs to be fined for continuing to sell a product that does not work! The cost us a lot of money, increased our problem and did nothing but lie.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

The sales team is all-promising in ************* *******, and the service team defeats the promises one task at a time on their very first visit. Trying to get compensation for the damage the techs caused with their uncovered feet on my expensive carpets has gotten me nowhere in 5 months. They are absolutely abysmal and customer service is non-existent. I canceled my service after the first application. According to our contract, I was supposed to have one more treatment after cancelation and that would be charged at $150 instead of the standard $100, but that would end service. It has not and they keep harassing me for payment even though I already paid $150 for this last visit. I have spoken with them on the phone, via replies to their emails, etc, etc, but they just don't seem to get it. Aside from their terrible business practices, the service itself did not work even a little bit. I still have ants just as bad as before the 1st application. I am still getting bills as if they never received the multiple formal cancelation notices, yet they cashed the checks.I give them a Zero for a review. unbelievably miserable experience.Ecoshield Pest Solutions
