This company does not do an honest or reliable job. Even when corrections are given, the tech does not follow them. I have documentation and pictures showing the problems. I can only reach a call center who can't access my photos they asked me to send to them. They want to bill me $221 for cancelling and I said I did not owe this because it was a discount on my first service. My first and second service were not completed properly. They need to take accountability for the damage that their poor service created. I will not pay this cancellation fee. They asked me to email them photos. They said my pictures were blurry, They are not. They didn't look at them. My photos show the damage to my corn, chard, peaches, apples, etc. I have photos after the first service showing where they did and did not treat. They need to take some accountability! They need to listen to the customer and do a more thorough job. Do NOT sign a contract with them.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

It is a con job. They tell you that you may cancel at anytime, but the truth is you will sign a 72 month contract, on a mini-iPad, without knowing the 72 month terms. At the point you try to cancel, you must pay a fee, in my case $150 for the luxury of canceling a service that was extremely sub-par if it happened at all. You have to watch the techs or they will just disappear. I tried for almost 3 years to get this to work out. They will occasionally send a good tech to mollify your concerns, however, the efforts are short lived.Of course, you can only reach a call center with scripted responses from people who are difficult to understand and are trained to make the con continue. They are crooks. I will pay the $150 cancellation which gives me every right to shout to the world that ECO SHIELD PEST CONTROL IS A SCAM!Whatever happened to the days where companies kept your loyalty through good service, not onerous contracts?Ecoshield Pest Solutions

Came to my door and tried to sell me from a phone screen. I asked for paperwork and he showed me his little phone. I couldnt read it from that but he got my email to send it to me, then my name, then wanted my phone number. He said they were going to be in the area tomorrow but the slots close so he could reserve one for me while I considered it and talked to my spouse, so he had me sign his phone for that. When I got in the house to read the email, it was a year contract that my signature went on in a few places, and all the bugs we talked about that I wanted to control were not in the written service agreement. Really bad. I paid them to go on my roof and take care of ********* bees on my roof. They charged me and never went on the roof. The sales *** does not return calls and there's way to cancel on-line. The customer service is horrible. They put you on hold, ask you the same questions ***eatedly, and hang up on you.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

I should have known better than to sign on with a company that does door-to-door sales. I liked the idea of pest control using natural ingredients. Signed a one year contract. Service and pest control was okay at best. Called to cancel contract once fulfilled. Obviously, their customer service is in an Asian country. Called and canceled service after contract date. Received emails and texts asking me to renew, to which I answered No. Then received a text and automated phone message stating that my regular service would take place the following day. One hour to get to a customer service representative who put me on hold for another 30 minutes. The next representative kept trying to sell me more service while saying she wasnt. Finally after almost two hours my service was canceled. ******** company-its like being in a time share!Ecoshield Pest Solutions

Eco shield is a misleading company. The discount they give you at the beginning is your cancellation fee. You think youre getting a big discount but in reality it is a large cancellation fee. The discount cancellation fee is different from house to house. If you have a problem, you have to call a call center in the ***********. The job they did is subpar.
