    Ecoshield Pest Solutions is the worst company I have ever delt with that has not fulfilled their contract but expect you to to fulfill your payment in full. In the beginning the Sales person makes it sound like they will help take care of all your pest needs and take care of all your bugs too inside and out. Sales team also states if needing to cancel at anytime no worries no fees. Well, I requested an inside spray on several occasions and have someone there over 8 yrs old at all times do uyou think they would fix the problem No. Instead they say pay the monthly fee and the cancelation fee too. They will scam you into paying a year contract $1908 which is the $159 a month and you will only get 5 to 6 sprays outside. Not worth the money at all. Stay away from this company. Especially since all they did was harass me everyday by calling me at least 3x a day and leaving me rude messages for weeks.

    Ecoshield pest solutions are nothing but liars. I had a young man come to my door. He stated that the company belonged to him and it was brand new. He advised that he was doing what he can to keep his family afloat with this new business venture he was starting, I took pity on him and allowed him to come into my home. Then I realized after he left that he had lied to me. The business never belonged to him. He was just a salesman trying to sell me something I called several times to speak to a higher up and no one returned my call. The only person that I was able to speak to was a customer service representative and she did not provide any help whatsoever. I do not plan on paying this as when I agreed, I was Told a complete lie I continue to receive text messages and emails from them stating that they would take me to court. If I did not pay the services I prematurely canceled. I do not agree that I owe this is this was sold to me based on a lie.

    Very dishonest company from the sales Rep ***** saying no cost to cancel to the service techs saying their product is safe and that it works. After 5 service appointments we still have spiders, scorpions and ants. We were told in the beginning the product they use was safe, but on our fourth service the tech told us it was not safe around our chickens or small pets so they did not service the backyard on the last two service appointments but never offered a discount for doing only part of the work. Called and talked to management and they said they apologize for how their employees lied to us to get us to use their service and that they would be upset if treats this way and understood my frustration but that they couldn't waive the $165 cancellation fee. No accountability for anybody at this company, just demand money or they will send your account to collections. We will make sure to let everyone know not to use the company due to dishonest sales teams, and how they treat you once you figure out their scam of fees to cancel.

    This company is a total scam. They roped us in for a smaller quarterly amount fo yearly service, and then bumped it up to $200/mth without us knowing. then they came to do service one day and left note that nobody answered the door to service inside, but I was here the whole time as I work from home every day.When I went to cancel and get a refund, they said they treated the outside, and it would still be $200. "Treated" means spending 5 minutes going around outside of home and spraying the same stuff I have under my kitchen sink.When I tried to speak with someone, I was routed to ***** and the woman didn't understand my situation because of language barrier, then when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said there's nothing she can do, her hands are tied with the way the system is set ****** from this company!

    EcoShield is a criminal enterprise that operates with **** efficiency. After using EcoShield, I think I would prefer to have mice than to have associated myself with them. They are experts as fraud. Thankfully, their key technician that came to our house was honest and said he could not do the work requested as it would have done extensive damage to our house. That employee is without a doubt being punished. The Company contacted me specifically to get information so they could punish the employee. I paid thousands to EcoShield and likely have nothing to show for it. They refunded a small part of the work they didn't do and asked me for documentation when I said the tiny refund was insufficient. They demanded I show them documentation that I was entitled to a bigger refund when they never gave me any documentation showing the breakdown in specific servics. They capitalize on the fact that few people publicize they have a rodent problem. I have NEVER dealt with a company more sophisticated in how they train their employees to take advantage of their customers. In a prior career I was Chief Operating Officer of a national retailer and understand serious customer complaints. They sure got me.

    **************. Hired them for mosquito control. Was told they would be out every 3 weeks. They came out three times in six months. Now they are demanding I pay for cancelling services. I would not have cancelled if they had done the job they were hired to do in the first place. Stay away from this rip off company.

    Ecoshield basically did nothing for the first 2 months I paid for rodent problems. Then, their supposed expert at figuring out where the rodents were getting into my crawl space told me 5 bald-faced lies (based on my own examination of the crawl space and my expertise as a real estate appraiser) and committed 5 acts of incompetence/ negligence. DO NOT trust this company or their employees, they are basically just salespeople that do NOTHING to earn your well-earned money!

    I'm so upset with this company and myself that I don't have enough time or space to adequately explain my disastrous experience with Ecoshield. Mainly, I'm sorry I didn't take some time to "look into " them before signing an agreement to use their service. A. I signed on a phone screen and never got a copy of what was signed. I was told by the sales person it was for the discounted fee of $192 for a year, with the option of stopping [withdrawing] the service whenever wanted. B. I agreed to setting up the payments automatically with a credit card account. C. I did not have a need for service on the inside , requested only spraying the outside of my premise. D. I paid for this "plan" three times between May,9 to Sept. 24, $192.20 each time =$576.60. E. By September 24th, I decided [or finally woke up to being "taken"] to stop the service. I only needed outside spraying-the area treated was very small [I'm in an attached townhouse, so it's only three sides]--the outside area would be frozen or snow covered for the remaining months. F. Contacting them to stop the program was an unbelievable nightmare. I finally got my program cancelled. However, was emailed that I owed them $210 for the cancelation fee. I contacted the credit company to block any future payments to them. Because I have nothing to review that I signed, I am out $576 for someone to spray three sides of my 2 by 4 by 2ft foundation in less than 10 minutes of time and being harassed for another $200 for nothing.
