    They keep coming to my door, I have no solicitation sign on my door and they dont seem to understand I dont want to hear their sales pitch. I have also call the company to tell them to keep their solicitors away from no solicitation homes. This business is a scam

    Terrible company . All their presentation is in a iPad that you cant read . They verbally give you a sales pitch which is all lies . Be **** they tell you your follow up visit is free then they charge you against. I paid over ****** in three weeks for this service .

    Door to door solicitors will completely ignore posted No Soliciting signage on the same door they knock on. Ignoring potential customers from the beginning is not a good start. I am happy with my current pest control service and absolutely will not do business with EcoShield Pest Solutions. This solicitor and his previous accomplices only leave after repeatedly telling them "No Soliciting, get off my property" so I suggest staying there if/when these creeps show up at your home.

    This company loudly banged on our door multiple times and rang the doorbell at 8:30pm. I had to stop putting my children to bed to come downstairs and tell them we are not interested. They also completely ignored our no solicitors sign on the door. I chose to be polite but the more I think about it the more frustrated I am. Ridiculous.

    Ecoshield is an extremely unethical business. They lock you into a contract and do not provide the service the sales rep promises you. It is a classic bait and switch scenario and when you try to cancel they in turn charge you more money. My issue stemmed from paying for a service, but I was still having bug issues. The reps they would send out to service my home were very unprofessional and careless. I tried to contact my sales rep and work with their corporate office to resolve my issues, but nobody there was willing to help me or take accountability.

    The sales guy showed up showing me all the details of the treatment coverage, so I wasn't initially going to sign a contract until I noticed the 2 year at the end so I did it anyway and was I disappointed when they treated my house for $160 plus 1st treatment and some change the guy couldn't ********** behind a small pot at the ***** door so I looked back there after he left and no powder or spray and there were at least 6 spiders there so I sprayed them myself. They use the round mop looking thing to mop and it only is treated 1 time with a fine dust to kill the wasps, and bees and he used the brush on the eves around the top of the eves where the small vent holes are. He didn't do a good job of powdering the weep holes top and bottom he only did some of the bottom because I checked to see if there was any residue or powder in all the weep hole, a lot of them were clear with no powder. Had to tell him to spray on the side of the house. Now I have to wait 7 - 10 days for the treatment to work while all the bugs are everywhere. The sticky pads are cheap paper which will blow away in a light wind (cheap quality). Would not recommend this *** if you expect instant results they draw it out so they can charge you more money. And beware there is no discount at the beginning they charge you 160 for the first treatment and 139 for the next months treatment. I am sorry I signed this contract it isn't worth it they charge too much for what you receive.

    Do not use. Service was marginally effective at best. Was told I could cancel with no penalty at any time. At time of service signed what they told me was an agreement to access property and apply chemicals. Come to find it was a service contract with a cancellation policy. Tried to cancel and they insist I owe them for a service and a $200 cancellation fee. This company is not upfront and honest. REPEAT - DO NOT USE.

    This company is a sham, at one point I tried for two weeks to contact them and the phone number would just keep playing the same recording. I stopped payment because everything about this company screamed fraudulent. Of course they only returned calls about payment. My credit card company also tried to get a hold of them and could not, so refunded my money to me. I cannot stress enough DO NOT USE ECOSHIELD!
