I wish there was a minus 1 star for this rating! - Check this company out before doing business with them! -- Many misrepresentations of service from price to work that was not done. Today, 2 days after the service, my husband has blisters on his hands and wrists after working in the yard - (most likely from the chemicals used in the yard). This is a scam - so don't fall for it. When you try to cancel they tell you there will be an additional fee to cancel! This company has MANY issues on file!!!!! Don't make the same stupid mistake we made - send them away before getting scammed!Ecoshield Pest Solutions

Crew came to my door and initially seemed sweet, well-mannered and extremely knowledgeable. He told me around 12:45 that he had an open spot at 1:00 pm he needed to fill. He also kept referencing a neighbor of mine that I dont know. I heard him out, and wanted to purchase. He asked for my card but said his truck is on the way. I told him I wanted to see the truck and technician before I gave him my payment information. Still, I gave him my contact info for him to let me know when the truck came. A few minutes before 1, I looked out the window and seen him knocking on someone elses door and was pointing towards mine, referencing the fact that I just signed up. Shortly after, he texted me and said his truck would be here soon. I let him know I wanted to postpone my treatment. He knocked on my door again and asked why. I told him it was a lot of reasons and I didnt feel the need to fully disclose, and Id call them when I was ready. He kept going on with his pitch. He told me he was going to chewed out by his boss because he let the spot go to waste on his schedule (a spot that was already empty and was only booked a few minutes before.) After I kept saying that I needed to wait, he told me I was insane to not take him up on the offer, and that I was really frustrating him because hes helping me and I dont even care. Long story short, he left ****** off and began talking c*** about me with his coworkers right outside my door. I opened the door and told him he couldve at least left my yard before mocking me. He got combative and as he was walking away, spit water towards my home and car. Apparently, Crew is so traumatized by his boss chewing him out, he thinks he could do the same with potential customers. Ill never use or recommend this verbally abusive company.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

RUN, do not walk away from this company! The sales guy was stellar, however, even after questioning why people would cancel as his offer of $189 for the year was his special, yet it cost that to CANCEL didn't make a stitch of sense. He rushed and rushed through this pitch and assured me time and time again, it was the price for the whole year. Low and behold, they are charging that each time they come out, which is exactly what I kept trying to clarify. **************** is TERRIBLE - can't talk to anyone that can actually help. Big scam. Signed up mostly for the ants and tics in the yard. Salesman tells me they drop granules throughout the entire yard and i think for 376 dollars that sounds fair then 200 dollars off for the promotion thats 176. I usally spend 150 doing it myself.7 days later they come by and spray the perimeter of the yard only. In and out in 20 minute. So i call and explain this isn't going to work since now i have to drop granules. Since i didnt cancel in 72 hrs i get the 200 dollar discount charge. Kind of hard to cancel a service till you actually see the service so with a heavy heart i payed the 200 .The final cost to do my yard was almost 550 dollars it is a brilliant scam tho. I am not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones. Afterall, I am a business owner and feel there is always a way to work something out. With Ecoshield, this doesn't seem like the case. A salesman (I am going to leave his name out) came to our door with the typical extermination "sales pitch" stating, "we already have a truck in the area so we can offer a huge discount since we are already out here working with your neighbors". I've heard this pitch a thousand times but, hey, I liked the kid so I thought I would give him a shot. Long story short, we signed up and as a result 3 others signed ** in the neighborhood because he used MY name as reference - without my consent btw. Seems a bit tacky but I digress. In short, we were told we would ONLY be charged $140 every two months. Low and behold, they serviced our home back-to-back months (while we were not home) and charged us $300. During the pitch the salesman made it sound like the intitial 2 visits were part of the 50% off promo due to "their trucks are already servicing our area". There was no mention whatsoever of this service costing $300 the first two months and it was not communicated during the "signing of the contract" where he had me initial his phone. The whole thing is a scam. The only way to cancel is to pay them another $150 (LOL). Either way, they get your money I guess? I have used other pest control companies in the past and never had such issue. I've spoke to the salesperson and customer service and neither offered a fair solution. We (and our neighbors) will cancel and pay the fee as we don't want them to step foot on our property again.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

LOCAL PEOPLE!!!! BEWARE!! Solicitor IGNORING No Solicitation signs and ringing doorbells anyway. This caused me to go into a seizure. Companies ignoring signs DONT deserve your business!! When I called and spoke to the representative, Zac Argyle, he basically told me he has a solicitors license and he can do what he wants. He tried to tell me he owns the company. I called the company, left a complaint for management, am warning my community, and will be reporting him to the BBB. If this guy comes to your house- he doesnt deserve your business, as he ignores and disrespects people.Ecoshield Pest Solutions

We have never used this company and now never will. Our neighbor hood is posted no soliciting, yet this individual came to our door which also has a no soliciting sign. Knocked on the door then stood in our yard for multiple minutes. Then walked back up and rang our door ****. Went and answered the door told him I was not interested, he continued to do his sales pitch not even telling me the company he works for or a name(read it off his shirt) . Again I told him I was not interested, he continued pushing his sale pitch. Then again I had to tell him I was not interested 2 or 3 more times. He then asked if he could speak to the home owner, after I had said were not interested 5 times. He even told me he could deal with no I ended up having to shut the door on him as he continued to talk. Then he finally left. I try not to be rude and shut the door in there faces but he could not accept me saying no. This whole interaction is on our security systemEcoshield Pest Solutions
