    They are an absolute joke and the bbb needs to look into this companys business practices. I am stuck with this company in a nutshell contract. Be advised dont do business with them dont sign any contract's with them, stay far away!

    They are an absolute fraud. NOBODY should be doing business with them. They should all be ashamed of themselves. I have never witnessed such blatant unprofessionalism and fraud.

    Was told the contract would be a year and verified the second service. Moving almost 2 years later still under contract without my consent and they want to charge me additional 200 for moving out of a service area.

    The poor services we've ever had to contact someone. I've called several times in one day to ask to talk to a manager. The agents that pick up the phones refuse to let you talk to your manager and they put you on hold for the longest time and then hang up on you. I called the local office. Unfortunately she couldn't help me as I have to go to the main corporate office again transferred to him. Asked to speak to a manager. Tell him I dilemma put on hold but we had issues that we canceled. We wanted to cancel our payments or the services due to we have a family health emergency that came up and the sprays could not be sprayed at our house. The lady we called and talked to ********* told my mother that we can't cancel services we have to go through get in the spray. They came out and sprayed the next day and now we're in the hospital with my dad. I called this the day of your in the hospital trying to talk to him cancel it. They're saying we can cancel. They got it on record that my mom did try canceling on the 11thThey that ********* took that call. Didn't cancel. Still sent people out. I called today gentlemen's telling us he can cancel but we have to pay anywhere from 3:00 to $400 for the cancellation fee for a contract. We never signed a contract. The gentlemens that came to our door knocking door to door told us we can cancel anytime. There's no services agreements. There's no contracts and there's no cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime at your wishes and needs. Now the fact that this is a health issue and money concern as well. They're going to try to charge us for apparently the free services that they've been given us with the three times that they came out and sprayed which we paid every time. And when I asked to talk to a manager again put me on hold and then hung up. I would like some type of compensation taking of this. I will never do business with them again. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous the worst company ever.

    I agree with the rest of the reviews. STAY AWAY FROM ECOSHIELD. It's a bait n switch scam.I called and cancelled my service then they started sending me a bunch of paperwork to fill out and submit in order to cancel my service, AND KEPT TRYING TO COME BACK.I called again (and emailed them) to stop harassing me. They won't stop they keep spamming me and trying to come over. I'm about to file a trespassing complaint against them with the *************

    EcoShield (door salesman) offered a 2 cycle service. As he put it, I thought I would help a local business.Once the 2 cycles were complete I received notice of a 3rd appointment at which point I canceled. They then billed me an additional $150 because of the cancelation indicating that I broke a contract. They then referenced a contract that does not contain my signature.In an attempt to make it right they offered me a discounted rate to continue the service as a means to avoid the charge. I agreed however, they called me back indicating that their management team no longer agreed.At this stage they have threatened to send me to collections. In retrospect this is my fault for not insisting on a contract up front and not thoroughly reviewing the web of emails/documentation sent to me.

    Bought a new house, box elder problem. Deceptive salesperson, "cancel anytime, will be $150, then after agreeing said quarterly. Just do me a solid, its late, I've got a 6 pack in my car, you would make my day." ********** lasted longer then 10 minutes. Tried to cancel my account, said it would be more expensive to cancel than to do final treatment, didn't acknowledge being able to cancel anytime, said I couldn't cancel until total treatment was done. Came out, did not complete final treatment, now trying to send my account to collections...DO NOT HIRE!!! Attempts to contact company were unsuccessful.

    SCAM! Stay away! I was told when I signed up that I could cancel at any time with no further charges. When I tried to cancel by phone they gave me a ***** minute runaround about how I should keep their service and they will give me a discount. I told them I didn't want a discount. I just wanted to cancel the service. ***************** reps" kept persisting in trying to convince me to keep the service, because the pest issue would get worse if I didn't and that I'm locked into their contract. I don't have a pest issue....except the reps at EcoShield! I called ******* who sold me the service and he told me that he resigned from the company because they were so horrible, and that their business practices are shady at best. Zero stars. I'm furious!
