    Horrible company to work with. I wanted to postpone my service because I was going on vacation and they would not accommodate my request. So when I said I was canceling my contract they wanted to charge me for service not rendered. My first service 1 guy walked around my house spraying and the other guy did practically nothing. When I went to see what he was doing he said he was done. No freaking way. I think my cat got sick from eating grass where they sprayed chemicals. The sales person was very insistent and wouldnt leave when I didnt want the service but he talked my wife into it. I encourage everyone not to make the same mistake I did and do not work with this company. Worst company I have ever worked with in my 70 years!!!

    Horrible scam of a service. Lock you into an airtight contract then bait your premise to draw infestation in. Contract states this is part of a preventative process and requires you to complete contract before actually ridding your premise of pests. Do not get scammed! This company is unconscionable and a parasite feeding off your income and giving nothing but problems in return. I had to break contract and so my own treatment to rid my home of they pests they intentionally attracted. All they offered in return was keep paying us and we will keep coming out and attracting more pests as part of our process. **************** is a joke. They dont take a breath between reciting scripted responses but did agree on recording they wouldn't want this service either.

    STAY AWAY from this company.They are scam. Their ********** go door to door to sign people up for yearly subscription and they charge way more than any other pest control service, $200 + for an one quarterly service visit. And more importantly it is almost impossible to cancel this subscription without paying penalty even after you pay every service rendered.Once they find out that you want to cancel their service, they will start calling you, texting you and sending bills to you constantly.I am in the process of filing BBB complaints against them just to making them stop pestering **** warn anyone signing service with them. It was horrible experience.

    Zero stars for this company!! Don't ever use them. They will charge you, not even show up to your house, and have the nerve to both email and text you to rate how the service was. The first service I had the guy came and said he didn't even have the equipment to complete the full service; staing he had been to 16 homes that day and ran out of the necessary chemicals that I needed for the job to be completed. The next day I had to call and schedule another service, the guy came again the following week and had the same lame excuse. I had to call again like 5 times and complain which was when they finally came and did the job correctly. The problem was solved thankfully. Since I signed a stupid contract for a year I have to deal with being charged for jobs where the workers don't even show up and have the nerve to send me a message to rate how the service was. Never ever use this company!!!!!!!!!

    They'll text you a time frame and allegedly perform the service at a different time, so you won't be there for it. Then they will charge you for a service not performed. Theft!

    Beware of this Eco Shield Company, Philadelphia. They are going to rip you off!! They came into our community for solicitation. I agreed upon their service and signed up for. My mistake here is that i did not read their agreement completely as the rep scrolled it too fast skipping that section. I just trusted the marketing guy who told that there is no bound contract for this service. They did a very horrible first service. I was not at all satisfied. So i called the customer service and complained about. They gave me 30$ discount for the service they gave which actually costed $170+. On the phone they also guaranteed next service as a complimentary. Next time when the service guy came he said he is going to charge and i need to sign it. I said no, so he went back to his vehicle and talked to his manager and got approval to do a complimentary service for free. So i signed for him to allow to do the service. But when he went back after the service, they sent me another bill. I called customer service to ask why they billed me. They said there is no notes saying it was a free service. They said local office manager (at ************) will call me to resolve this issue in 24 hrs. They never did. I called four times and i got the same answer. Frustrated, i told them i am not going to pay anything. I cancelled my service. They sent me a collection notice which has previous balances and late fee and contract cancellation fees of 300$ (which they never said when i signed the contract). Now when i called them, they say because i signed the contract i have to pay 650$+. They say something and do something. This company should be banned for any customer services. Authorities should take serious action against them.

    Horrible customer service. Stay away from this company! They call to schedule a service, I waited, they never showed up and sent me an email that the service was completed. After explaining to their customer support ******** they still charged me $150+ for cancelling any future treatments.

    100% STAY AWAY! Theyre criminal with their contract ****, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING, especially the very last line required with your initials. They very quickly try to just skip over that part! That is what locks you in and youll never get out of it without paying an additional $300. ITS ALL FRAUD!

    After dealing with the scam and being sent to collections for not paying an additional fee for service I didnt want and was coerced into to begin with and tried to cancel immediately, but it would cost $200, they did a second service that I requested they do not do, but said they did anyway since I was still under contract I called my township to see if they had a solicitation permit well I was told the did NOT and in fact are banned from our township and if I see them soliciting to call the police! Thats how bad they are.
