    Absolutely poor customer service center overseas! You cannot reach a technician. Pushy salesman, charge full price for outside spraying only. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    I had a request for a follow up appointment this morning. Radik the Tech showed up on time and was very pleasant and accommodating. He was informative and willing to address the questions I had and educated me on my concerns. He was knowledgeable and willing to give the best service possible. EcoShield is a very well put together company in all my experiences with them. I have nothing but praise for them and their continued growth and success.

    If I could give zero stars I would. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Continued to charge me after I had cancelled my services and then sent my account to collections. DO NOT USE

    Please know they have a hidden clause that waives your right to the Federal Trade Commissions 3 - day cooling off period.Apparently, I initialed on the part that waives that right as a consumer to exercise the 3-day cooling off period because my house has an "emergency pest problem that needs immediate attention."Consumers beware.

    I would leave a negative number if possible. The techs are nice but pushy and want to up sell. It is impossible to cancel service. We had to threaten legal action, which I would have taken, to get out of the contract that had expired! They started coming and applying services after I cancelled services and Without notifying us they were coming. Once that occurs they state you have renewed your contract. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this company. Buyer beware and take your business somewhere else. I made 12 separate calls over 10 months before I even came close to cancelling the service!!!! This company is farmed oversees and will not allow you to speak with a manager. Absolutely nothing good to say.

    I had a wonderful technician named CJ. He was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his application of the products and very careful around our pet geckos.This was my first service with them and things have been exactly as they explained it to me. Very responsive to my questions and I have already booked a free termite inspection.

    Absolutely the worst customer service call center, calls get directed to somewhere across the ocean, no cancelation options and cancelation fee is outlandish. Garbage company, go buy bug control from a hardware store and save your time and energy that dealing with this company.

    SHADY!!!! They send young kids to your door to have someone come by at a later date to talk about the service. You give your initials for someone to come by, YOU ARE SIGNING A CONTRACT! When I told them to cancel the service, they still came by, when I wasnt here and said they performed the service. But my back gate was locked, dogs out and my cameras showed the guys just dropping off some blank pamphlets, and now they are billing me almost $200 for that service!!

    Tedrick and Joel visited the house today for the initial visit. Customer Service is still Alive and it felt good to see a Kind Supervisor training a fellow worker with such partnership! They explained things thoroughly and didn’t mind a million questions from me. I also feel confident I could call up and have them back if our rat friends return for another visit.     They set up an appointment to come to my house for pest control without my consent. I had no idea who Echo Shield was. They continue to send me notices by text and email regarding appointments. I will report them to the authorities if they dont stop communicating with me. I am a disabled ******* War veteran, and I dont need them triggering my PTSD.
