    They charged my credit card without my authorization multiple times. A payment plan was discussed then they charged my card for the entire service before the service was completed. Not happy at all ********

    I am not happy with this company . Their saleman lied to me about the price of their service. When I called the solutions **** of Ecoshield, they did not do anyting to help me .Insteat they are charging me a terminatin fee. .I am not happy with this company's sale or service. If they treat all thei customers like i was treated they should not be in business.Also, I agree with most of the the reports below . That is exactly what they did to me.

    Ditto from other reviews. They promised a one time charge, then charge you every time they show up which is walk around the house and dust for spider webs. Then trying to cancel is a nightmare as you will try several times and have tp wait 40 min as you go thru "customer care" to get to cancellation ***** They will ask if you have cameras to prove the salesman lied about contract and say they will investigate but not actually investigate. Cancel the service, change your CC and notify the credit bureaus ahead of time because once you cancel, they will bill you again without telling you they are charging a cancel fee. This company should be banned. Should have checked BBB first

    The door to door sales is very sketchy. They won't take no for an answer and would not leave my property after being asked to repeatedly. Further, they came through a locked gate to my back yard. My guardian breed dogs were not out at the time, but would have likely bitten or escaped, not by a car or something else that would have been tragic. I made a police rpt.

    I wish I could give zero stars. The service they provide is horrible. One of their "Technicians" showed up and sprinkled some stuff on the grass that he literally had in a Big Gulp cup. None of what they said they would actually do was ever completed. I contacted them to cancel service. The way this company responds to that is to charge you $212.00 just to cancel. If you don't pay they send you to debt collection and they will hit you on your credit score. I just paid them so I can be done with them. Literally and awful company run by awful people. DO NOT even consider letting them do work on your property. They are a total scam and will rob you.

    This place is terrible. They were pushy and lied to us. Our big problem (especially wasps) worsened after they came and several children were stung! They seem to have a product that does not work and continue to bill me for canceling after I stated I wanted to speak with someone first. I continue to be told someone will call me over no one does. Billing states they cant remove the cancelation charge but I can sign back up? **************** says they took care of it but dont. Really sad, they should be shut down,

    Company continues to use door to door solicitation even when it is clearly posted that the neighbor is a non soliciting neighborhood. Sign also posted at the front door. When asked for county required ID for any business doing door to door solicitation he claimed he doesnt needed. Clearly is not aware and does not care about county regulations and or cant read. Also rather rude for someone seeking to sell anything. Many review out there and not many are positive of this company

    Was with EcoShield for 2 years (per the contract I signed). I had emailed them asking if I had met the requirements of our contract and their representative said yes, I had fulfilled the time that we agreed to. I went to go cancel service with them and everything seemed ok. Then they send me a bill for $150 for a cancellation fee. If I broke the contract I signed I would expect a fee, what honest company charges a cancellation fee when you fulfil your contract?My advice to anyone reading this, do not hire this company. They sent this fee to collection and I'm about to file a dispute. Stay away.
