I have nothing nice to say about this company! I tried to get them to write off an iPhone that I purchased for my son who passed away in another state. I tried telling that I have no way to retrieve his phone. They said that the only way they would write it off is if I was the one who was dead. In addition, I had a free line, which one of the 10 people that I spoke with wiped out (when the conversation was about the iPhone cost) I never asked that my free line be deleted from my account and when I said I wanted it back, they decided to charge me for it. I can't begin to tell you how stupid these people are. If you don't anticipate any issue-good luck. If something happens then consider yourself screwed.Review fromSue B

The worse ever. The representatives are not on accord with information. Illegally charges tax on Illegal restocking fee. They do not honor the commitment and promises. Will do anything to keep your money. Do not trust them.Review fromBrian K

DO NOT GO THROUGH SPECTRUM FOR MOBILE..I signed up to use there mobile service and purchase the phones for a monthly payments..3 months after purchasing the phone it suddenly shut offNever stopped or even a scratch on phone and they said they could not do anything about the phone and said to send it to *******..So we sent it ******* and they said the phone is junk..We told spectrum and they wouldnt take the phone off account and they said we need to continue paying for the phone PLUS we have to pay for the services every month even though we cant even use it because of the contract agreement even though the phone was junk..I finally said Fine we well pay for the phone until its paid off but im not paying for the services since it cant be used and the said they cant disconnect it and have to still pay for the services and phone even though there phone they sent was junk..This is the worst cell phone company to go through and service *****..DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICES..Its nothing but problems..Review fromShawn R

I purchased a iPhone 13pro from here. Did the contract of 2 yrs. They offered a small $10 discount if you have internet but once i moved and no longer needed it my bill went back up $10 dollars. What they do not tell you up front but hide in there wording is that there billing is done in the rears so you are never ahead on billing. The fact my bill was already generated for September they did not acknowledge my phone being paid off prior to the billing date. So even though I paid the Iphone itself off early they still took out my full payment and do not ******* as 2 payments for my phone because the initial payment for my phone and my plan are to be $96.67 every month. No one can tell me where my extra payment went because there is no credit on my account and my October bill is showing full amount just for service.Review fromMilly S

Awful! Id rather give zero stars but system wont permit anything less than 1 star. I had to drive to another city (54 miles round trip) last Sat. was in store several hrs They renigged on promise of 1 free phone to move from ******* I had to buy the phone which was also crappy. Sun. I had to go to another store (**** miles round rip) returned crappy phone and moved number to another phone. Then was told Id have to go to first store to get my $ refund and actually turn over phone. Mon I again drove 54 miles to return phone and despite the dishonesty of their employees charged $50 restock fee. My acct was credited almost immediately Then it was charged again and a wk later still dont have my money. Plus, found out on Wed they disconnected line when phone was put by on their system and they could not or would not turn phone bk on without creating a new line and me paying another activation fee plus more than double what monthly bill is supposed to be. Spectrum is dishonest and will tell big fat gibs to get business then their very poorly trained staff either knowingly or unknowingly tie you into knots and try to get more money, all while the company has provided you nothing they promised. If youre considering Spectrum mobile I suggest you RUN not walk in the opposite direction. I am now going by to ******* and thankfully they are able to recover my phone number.Review fromPatient P

Good service horrible customer service! Been with ********************** for 3 yrs called in with a question and it was horrible after being transferred ******************* was rude and literally got loud with me and I only had a question about my plan! 6 months left to pay on my bill and Im out !Review fromRenee J

So only had spectrum phone service for 5 months second month my phone wouldn't dial 800 numbers, than I would be doing something with my phone and it would just close it out, now FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER MY ***** IS HACKED!!!!! I mean really hacked . Listening to my GPS all of a sudden I hear human voice . But spectrum still wants me to pay the remaining balance .... what the ** they can have the mobile phone back. I HATE dealing with spectrum. The store and phone reps are never on one accord. They have major miscommunication issues and seriously need to be retrained. Spoke with 6 different people about the same thing in 2 days and nothing was consistent. Removing myself forces my family to search other options or even lose their numbers they've had for years. Oh well....Is it that hard to leave footnotes or h*** even listen to the previous calls? With spectrum it is. So brace yourself for utter foolishness. This has to be the most unprofessional group of people I've had to deal with. I Hate dealing with spectrum.Review fromDona S

One of the spectrum over representatives call me on your cell phone from this number there cell number after our phone call of me being stressed from loosing my phone stated to me I was rude a** b**** and I think thats very unprofessional and I want them to find out who this was that not cool if they dont like there job they should quitReview fromMike N

If I could give less than one star, I would. We were Spectrum customers for two years, signing up for the mobile plans when T-Mobile acquired Sprint, our previous provider. We had T-Mobile before Sprint and wanted no part of them. We also had Spectrum Cable and ******** services at that time, and that's where the trouble began. We built a new house where there is no cable service. We use wireless internet and are quite pleased with it. We only used Spectrum Cable the first three days of that last billing cycle, but Spectrum wanted to bill us for a full month. Billing for services in our home state that are not delivered is illegal, so we paid the three days we owed. Spectrum continues to harass us to this day, trying to collect the balance. We kept the mobile service until this week when we attempted to change my wife's by-the-gig plan to unlimited due to her increased data usage. They wouldn't let us do so unless we paid the balance of that old cable bill, which we refuse to do. We got our final Spectrum Mobile bill after we removed our credit card information from the Spectrum account, intending to pay the final bill by check. We do not trust Spectrum not to attempt to put both bills on our credit card if we add it back to our now-closed account with them. We discovered however that Spectrum, unbelievably, will not take a check to pay for mobile services. They demand a credit or debit card. We went to a Spectrum store and tried to give them a check. They also refused. They will now undoubtedly attempt to collect the $167 we owe them for the final mobile bill, then, as they've done with the old cable bill, turn us over to collection. I intend to write the check out, then video me trying to hand it to a Spectrum clerk and, when the clerk won't take it, leave the check on the desk and walk out. It's going to be your choice, Spectrum: Cash the check or leave us the heck alone.
