    Their poor customer service is astonishing. I had TV for 5 days and canceled it after a 40 minute call to them. I got a bill for a full month's service. I spent another 20 minutes on the phone to try and get that removed. I just got another bill and still have TV on it.

    Spectrum by far is the absolute worst cell phone company in the **. Took them 7 hours over 2 days to get my phone changed over from T-Mobile and working on their system. Once they finally got it to work my phone was so messed up that ******* had to sign into it to repair what they did. After they could not fix everything, ******* had me go to their contractor in my area and they had more luck with it but it still has some issues. Next Spectrum claims to have 5G service all over ***************. We have not got 5G service once and we have covered 50 square miles in and around *******. Called about that issue several times, get plenty of excuses and promises they will escalate and get back to me. Have not got back to me once. Spectrum says they have 5G service, but they do not.

    Canceled mobile service. Never received final bill in mail or via email and couldn't pay online, forwarded me for external collections and they reported me to credit agencies. Tell me it's my fault.

    Well where to start! Simple, don't get spectrum mobile! I started the service as a less expensive option for my 83 year old mother. Just a simple phone, simple plan, and I already had spectrum internet, home phone, and cable TV. Silly me for expecting simplicity! Their policies are not consumer friendly, she lives in her house where I pay for everything except her food. I live ***** miles away. She is very tech challenged. It took two weeks for her to get someone to help activate her phone and transfer the phone numbers. Well the week after that she tried charging it because she planned on going out the next day. It wouldn't charge, and wouldn't turn on. I didn't find out until I went home for Thanksgiving. Well I was only home that weekend so I brought the phone with me to *******. Called Spectrum and they would only ship the phone to the address where the services are connected! So they shipped another warranty replacement to my mom, she was ill so it took her some time to get the phone to me. Again I received the phone with no return information, and no email. I tried calling and was told by the customer service representative he would send me an email with the return label. I am still waiting. After spending an hour on the phone with a supervisor in the billing department he mentioned he couldn't do anything foe me, so now I have an unservisable phone that cost me $103, because I'm outside the timeframe for returning the phone. So if you travel anywhere away from home you cannot get a warranty replacement shipped to you. I did not ask if I could have walked in, or if she could have gone to a store to get a replacement, too frustrated to ask.

    Not even sure they deserve 1 star. I cancelled my internet service 1 year ago and even spoke to 2 agents during that time and they said my phone line would not change. Now, 1 year later, Im being charged $20 more since I no longer am using their internet service. I was told that the systems did not communicate til nowhow is a system error my fault?!?! **************** is not helpful and they hung up on me when I asked for why I was having to pay for their error 1 yr later

    Spectrum Mobile has a TERRIBLE **************** Program. The ********************** Stores and the Spectrum Mobile Call Centers are apparently two separate entities that Do Not share information or communicate with each other. I purchased a phone in the store and then went back into the same store to exchange it, they had to order the new phone and when it came in I went back into the same store and exchanged the new phone fore the old phone. I paid the phone off on the day I picked up the new phone and left the old phone at the store because I EXCHANGED it. I paid in in full and was owed a credit of $95.84 that credit reflected on my next bill. However two months later they charged me the $95.84 for a reversed credit and another $399.06 that they said I never paid. I sent documentation that I had paid and then they said I never returned the first phone. I went back into the store and the Manager that I exchanged the phone with filed a dispute stating that I did indeed return the phone. The next bill showed a charge of $399.06 plus another $399.06 for the amount I disputed from the month before because someone in the call center canceled the dispute. They are now charging me $837.40 I assume for non returned equipment. I have filed another dispute with the manager who agrees that I did pay for the phone and that I did return the first phone and should not owe anything, but as it stands at this time I have a balance of $837.40 scheduled to come out of my account in one week from now. If I cancel my auto pay and don't pay them they will disable my phone because they claim I never returned the first phone even though I did pay and I did return it. I have been very patient with this as I first purchased the phone on 12/21/22 and I am still having this issue three months later despite having documentation that I did pay and did return the phone and having a Manager that will attest to the fact that I did. I feel maybe they should run their company as a WHOLE company!

    Spectrum mobile has a bait and switch deal of a “free” phone going on. It is not free. They Will charge you for services you never receive. They also will not help you in person with these issues. Always refer you to call center. Terrible service. Do not recommend.
