    NEVER - THEY SELL YOUR NUMBER TO MARKETING COMPANIES - 20 SPAM CALLS PER DAY.Just don't buy their service, even if they TRAP you by giving FREE for a year. THEY SELL YOUR NUMBER TO MARKETING COMPANIES. You will get minimum ***** SPAM calls per day, majority from your AREA CODE.I filed a complaint, they gave me a website, saying "Go to this website and block all numbers one by one. How senseless, who has time to go to a website ***** times a day after every call / spam call and block SPAM numbers. **** CALL companies uses thousands of different numbers every day, everyone knows that.Unless they don't provide a FREE SPAM SPAM CALL BLOCKER, like other competitors, DON'T BUY their service.

    Spectrum Mobile is a company who portrays caring about customers but really don't. They tell you that their customer service is not responsible for false statements and offers they make. They will tall you that you signed an agreement when signing up for service which waives your rights as a custimer to hold them responsible for any offer they may make to you over the phone. They lied to me about giving a free secondary line of service for ********************************** They acknowledged that the customer service did make that offer to me but couldn't honor it. What a joke. I canceled my service and they still charged my card.

    They lost my number trying to switch, and after a week they are still trying to get my number back to me. I cant even switch back to my previous carrier without loosing my number. This has happened to 2 other people who werent able to get their numbers back. Wish I had asked them before I tried to switch, I wouldnt be in the mess I am in now. Just trying Spectrum Mobile will cause problems, avoid unless you want a new number. Wish I could leave a negative star review.

    I have never experienced such incompetence from a company. My husband and I got divorced in November. When we were married we had one spectrum account, with one internet service and two mobile phones. When we got divorced, we went through the process of splitting our mobile accounts, and me keeping the internet account since I was keeping the house. They could not figure this out for the life of them. We spent hours on the phone with them, sent in paperwork, sent in our IDs, went to the store. Now comes April and my phone breaks, I need to order a new phone. I can't do it online for some reason. I called spectrum. My account is still messed up. They need to correct an IT issue with my account and it will take 7 to 10 business days. Well, I have young children and I need my phone for my job, so that's not going to work. So I order a new phone from ****** and go to transfer my number to mint mobile. I need a transfer pin from **********************. I call. First, they tell me I am not the account holder. After arguing with them and telling them the whole story, I spend a lot of time on hold again. They say they cannot give me the PIN because of a technical issue on their end that will take three to five business days to rectify. At this point, I am livid. This should have been corrected in November. Again, I cannot be without a phone. I asked to speak with a supervisor who is rude and offers nothing to rectify my issue. I then tell her I want to cancel all my services, mobile and internet and she cannot even do that. Stay away from spectrum at all costs.

    I decided to bundle my Internet/phone thinking I'd save ********** has been the biggest mistake of my life. Two weeks in & I'm still setting up my service! I still don't have my phone. Switching providers isn't supposed to be this difficult. I haven't even seen the billing and I already know it's going to upset me.

    Spectrum lied about, mobile phone service, billing, reimbursement of phones, purchased before coming to Spectrum, I paid ******* dollars to pay off phones, the reimbursement of 671 dollars, after they said they would pay up to $2500. I spoke with the company and they said after you don't qualify. But that was not stated when changing service. I was over charged several times and got nothing but excuses. I would not recommend spectrum mobile service to anybody,

    Scam artist and rude customer service employees!!! They convinced me to switch from my perfectly fine mobile carrier promoting a free line to then charge me for switching & for the line!!!! Dont fall for it!! I will be leaving the ****** Then the representatives have the nerve to have attitudes with you as if youre not the one being robbed!!! Unbelievable never again!!!!

    Every service representative I spoke to provided different information the information I received was not reliable. This is cost me a considerable amount of money because I could not cancel my service with ******* because Spectrum was so slow to react Under no circumstances should you subscribe to this cell phone service

    Refused to give me trade-in credit after receiving my trade-in phone. I've called them numerous times to inquire about this and they refused to do anything other than telling me to wait.
