      This company is participating in ********** business practices, bills are estimates and not true readings of the meter. We get a $80 avg for water and sewer in a 2 bedroom apartment; we were out of the country for a month just to get a bill for $87 for that month. Service fees are ridiculously high and in my case 20% of the bill, in addition to other miscellaneous fees they add to the bill. ! They *********** landlords to use their services ** *** ********* ** ********

      **** ****** **** ******* ** * ***** I live in a 1-bedroom apartment and my last bill was $1200. That is not a typo. My last bill for my 1-bedroom apartment was $1200—and I wasn’t even in the apartment for 20 of those days. On top of that their website is so junky it’s impossible to navigate and when you try to make a payment there’s no acknowledgement whatsoever that it went through. Want to contact them to clear things up? ** *** ****** *** ****** ** *** ** *** *******-they charge you $7.98 JUST TO PAY YOUR BILL. There’s no way around this fee. They literally charge you a fee to pay your bill. What a joke.

      Metergy ** ** ******** ***** they back bill without notice (state law to notify customers if bill will increase by 50%) as all readings for a nine month period were estimates. Then Metergy decides to conduct an actual reading, and decide that they will now bill customers actual usage. ******** **** *** **** ******* ****** ** ***********

      **** ******* ** * ******** ***** My building switched to them a few months ago, and my bills from them have been 2-3x HIGHER than they've ever been. Super bizarre. I made an account online, and the website seemed very fishy****** **** ** *** * **** ******* **** ********* * ******* **** *** **** Hundreds of reviews on ****** saying that **** ******* ** * **** *** everyone's bills go up several multiples once their building switches to them, Metergy will take money from your bank account without permission, they're impossible to get ahold of, etc. ********** ***** in NYC just brought them on for all of their residential buildings, I have no idea why. *** ********* ****** ******** ** ********** ***** ***** ***** ** ** ****** ** ****** *** ** ******* *** ** *** ******

      * **** * ***** ***** * ****** I have been trying to set up pre authorized payments with this company for 6 months. Each time I spoke with a representative they assured me that I was set up, only to receive those irritating “your account is overdue phone calls”. I am tired!!!!! Unfortunately, I have no choice but to use their services since I am in an apartment building.

      Overcharge severely for electricity and the delivery charge costs more than what they actually charge you for hydro. Was billed 196 dollars foe the first month of hydro when I lived in mid month. So 2 weeks of electricity for one person was 196 bucks. ***** ********* There is zero possible way this is accurate billing practices and I can't do anything because they just say pay it or else. It's ********* that these hydro companies get away with charging this much and apparently are able to just make up meter readings as they go and make people pay or lose their electricity. Also they call from a blocked number, which I will not answer. What are u trying to hide

      I recently moved to a STUDIO. And they billed me for 2 months and expect me to pay for it in 3 weeks. My bill is over $300 because they said I used A/C when I always used A/C in my previous unit with ******* ***** and never saw bills over $100. I wonder who regulates these services because they charge people what they want.

      They call constantly, like 3 4 times a day, leaving those same messages you can't actually hear. For myself, its about my bill. Which I've paid. They're still calling me and the payment is posted. My due date isn't even for 2 weeks!! I've left them messages, sent emails asking why and still get the same, scratchy voice-mail. Its ridiculous.

      Cant resolve simple questions regarding a fax received or not Spent hours holding on phone 3 customer reps then supervisor was going to look into it and get back to me They never did!
