  This is waisting of time and money. **** **** **** **** ** *** *** ****. No customer service, no customer support , nothing. Package arrived to Canada on Apr 02, 2023 and stiil haven't cleared the customs on Apr 19 , 2023. We have spent countless of hours on the phone with DHL.ca. ******* . They are hunging oup on us . THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER.

  Bar none, the worst logistics company in North America. Paid for 1-3 business days in order to have a single shirt here for my father's funeral. They couldn't pull that off but still feel it's reasonable to charge CAD $89.78 on a 25 dollar shirt. All in, for a single shirt shipped FROM the US to Southern Ontario, Canada was CAD $123.57! And as previously stated, couldn't even make it here by the promised date. ** ******** * ***** *** ** * ******* **** *** ** ***** *** *** ** *********** ** ***** ****** With the already abysmal ratings online, I doubt this company has much time left.

  Bad pretty bad. i waited for documents sent and delayed one week after they never offered an explanation or an apology saying that is not their fault delays. Then who is is? We trust their times and expect the package arrive as they mention.

  ******** They not only charged me twice but added same extra fees three times. They give you an estimate with break down of charges. Then when they issue bill they charge again same type of fees on top of the total estimate instead of updating them!! So you end up being more than double charged. They add extra fees to total amount instead of recalculating it with updated fees ***** *** ********** ******* * *** ** *********** ***

  ** * ***** ***** **** ***** * ****** I had one important, expensive, time sensitive parcel shipped via DHL Express, and I will never use them again. They asked for the same information repeatedly. And when I gave them the information the first time, it was not because they asked, but because I called to inquire about the delays. They then failed to review and forward information to Canadian Border Services in a timely manner. Dealing with customer service was terrible. I could not reach any individuals **** ***** ************** ******* and it was very clear that not one single employee cared in the slightest about my serious concerns.

  I ordered something from the U.S.A. that had duties & taxes on it Usually the shipper pays them & charges me upfront in my order They didn't do that this time They shipped it with dhl When it arrived here the driver said that it had duties due Apparently dhl had paid them for me I had looked up the amount due on the **** website they were about $25 - $30 dhl wanted almost $50 I asked for an invoice & received one that says customs was about $30 & their fee was about $18! They CHARGED me a fee for a service (paying the duties) I did NOT ask for! Then they delayed return of the package for TWO WEEKS!! Customer service gave me the run around!

  ***** ******* ******* ***** Three different times packages were scheduled to come to my apartment. Once the courier did not come to the apartment building and leave a notice on the front door but claimed they had tried. Two more times the courier claimed that there is something wrong with the address and cannot deliver it. An email was sent to me one day before delivery stating that my package would be delivered between 2-4pm. Around 3pm an email was sent stating that they did not have the correct address. I was directed to input a "correct" address. It was exactly the same address. Online chat customer service *** *********** *** said that there were no supervisors or managers available to help. Eventually I contacted someone by telephone in customer service who directed my package to a depot close by (but difficult to get to by bus). Amazing. The package was deliverd to the depot 30 minutes after I was told it was undeliverable to my address. The depot, by car, is 10 minutes from my apartment. DHL Express has no respect for the customers' time and *** ** ***** *** ************ expect people to wait around or make an inconvenient trip to a depot.

  *** ***** ******** ******* * Yesterday a today I stayed home all day waiting for this important delivery only to get a text message that "a delivery was attempted and failed” the drivers don’t even bother to get out from the car and go to your door . I am so upset with DHL
