      Very disappointed in DHL. The driver never delivered my package scheduled for today. IMPORTANTLY the driver noted, I received an email that the delivery person was at my location and no one was home, a missed delivery which is completely false. I contacted DHL explained that I have been home all day working in proximity to the front door. There has been no knock on the door and there was no missed delivery notice. Now I have to travel to a store to pick up the package because I have absolutely no trust in the driver because he falsified the delivery information. I contacted DHL via chat and phone explained to their representatives that I am paying for a service and that this is unacceptable for the delivery person to log No one was home. I also looked at my cameras, and nobody showed up to deliver anything. I advised DHL moving forward. I will never ever use their service because they have unreliable drivers that don’t show up to the location and login that they did. It’s not the point of a package being delayed or laid by the driver. That’s perfectly fine. This is the point that the driver logged the information saying he did try to deliver, which is completely false.

      ** ***** *** * **** ***** * ***** **** ***** ***** every time DHL is involved in my **** shipments there are delays and extra costs, I have only ever had to pay extra if DHL is involved. To top it off I end up having to go pick up my products they say they "attempted delivery" yet I have cameras at the door and I have been sitting at home twice when they have said this. one trip was 3 1/2 hour round trip to pick up my package. **** *** ** *** **** * **** ******** *** ******* *** ******* ** **** *** *** ** **** *** *** * **** *** ******** **** *****

      DHL *** **** ** **** ******* **** ****** *** *** ** **** ******** *** ***** **** *** *** ***** **** ******* ** *** you can’t just leave an expensive package and left without even try to buzz in and have someone stole it. I then on friday i recieve a out for delivery in service ontario area vague and no time estimate of when they were coming? I then wait outside for 5 hoursband a half because i reside at *** **** ****** **** ****** * **** ** ** ** *** ******** plus 25 minutes before delivery i spoke to rebecca customer service they had buzzzer number,phone number? ** * **** **** ***** ******** *** **** i receive a message delivery attempted? I spoke to neighbors they saw they saw truck slow down and then drive away without stopping or delivering . I already paid delivery and they held my package and charged me again for delivery. Now its tuesday still no package spoke to dhl care they **** to me over 6 agents all **** to me and told me last night its was coming guess what no package no delivery attempt and i still see the same **** on the app showing no change *** * ** ******** ** **** *** **** *** **** *** ** *** ** charging me for double delivery *** *** **** **** **** ** ***** *** ******** ** ** ******* i spent almost 400$ for? I also had to take a day off work but dhl doesn't care about ********* **** **** **** ***** ****** ********* *** **** ********* *********** All i want is what i had hand made for myself which i paid 400 for please ****** **** ** * ***** **** **** **** ** *** ****** ********* *** ***** *** ******* *** *** **** ***** ** *** ************** *** **** ********** ********* ******* ******** ************ *** **** ******* **** **** *** **** ** **** * **** *********** Waybill number# *********** ******* which they had all this information and still never even tried to resolve or even attempted a delivery and all they keep saying is i missed the delivery when they know that is untrue **** ** ****** ** **** ***** ******* ** ******* ****** ******

      Promised 5 day delivery, took 10 days. Could have mailed. Paid $100.00 and they won't budge on a partial refund. Bad bad service

      The DHL shipment service has been the worst experience I've had today. I chose DHL over other couriers because they promised the earliest delivery date, albeit at a higher cost, but I wanted my shipment sooner. When the driver arrived, he rang my buzz number but didn't wait long enough for a second ring before hanging up, clearly in a rush to leave and pretending he attempted to reach me. The customer service was no better; when I called to complain, they put me on hold for 20 minutes before disconnecting. Subsequent attempts to contact them resulted in being placed on hold repeatedly. This is the worst service I've ever experienced, and I will not choose DHL again.

      *** ** * ***** ** ***** **** ********* * ******** ********** DHL, you need to figure something else out rather than just sending an email stating a person needs to send you money. **** *** *** ******** **** *** *** **** it is NOT an acceptable way to do business anymore. They can make the same page that you send out, and we would never know the difference. ** **** *** *** **** you NEED to come up with a solution to make a customer feel secure in what they are doing. Your service needs a revamp ASAP. It seems you can never talk to anyone on person in your company and it is very frustrating to say the least. The delivery times even after your surprise payment of duties/taxes email is extremely long. 72 hours for payment processing , and then another 10 days to arrive? Hell, nobody at DHL probably even reads these anyways. Again, poor customer service , but "send us your money or we won't give you your product" is in full effect. **** * ***** ******* DHL used to be a good, place to do business. *** **** ******** ***** ** ** *** ********

      **** * ***** **** **** **** * ***** Ordered a package from the USA as express shipping. DHL has my package on hold over 3 weeks because they and their system apparently only recognize communities in ONTARIO. I live in Cochrane ALBERTA but when calling DHL they tell me that community name only exists in Ontario so they can't deliver my package as the street address in Cochtane Ont doesn't exist and apparently my community of Cochrane Alberta isn't a real place.

      My package was sent via DHL from a country in the Middle East. It got very delayed in the US customs though we paid for an express service. The feedback and customer service I received from the Canadian office/agent responsible for my case *** ********* ******** *** ************** There was almost no communication between the different DHL offices and I was not given any useful or meaningful feedback throughout the process. Never DHL again.
