      DHL is a garbage company full of people who get paid to not do their jobs! After losing my package and probably spending over 30 hours on the phone with customer service they told me the issue was resolved now it's been over a year and they haven't refunded the company they needed to refund so they could refund me! For an international company it is run like some rinky dink operation that can't pull its head out of its own rump to get a breath of air!       I received several text messages and emails from DHL saying I was to have a package delivered and they wanted to authorise delivery without signature but I did not want that. Even though I did not sign up for that, they delivered the package anyhow without me signing for it. I have it all on my Camera too. I will not use them out of my free will.

      Horrible customer service *** ******* *** ***********. They state that there were two delivery attempts from the driver but I heard no knock on my door, nor a doorbell ring. I have taken two days off work now (3 including today (Dec 1/2022)) to wait for the package to come and it has still not arrived. An email from a rep stated that because there was two delivery attempts, I would have to now go and pick it up from a pickup location and that my case file would be closed. ********* *************** ****** ** ******* ****** ******* **** **** ** ******* ******** ******** *** ** ************ *** ******* ** ******* ******

      *** ******* ** ***** ******* *******. I sent my document using DHL, and it has been 10 days it still not delivered. They have no customer service, just ****** online tracking and ******* automated voice response when you call customer service number. They are delivering my document also on wrong address based on their online tracking tool. * ***** ********* ****** ** *** ***..... My documents were super important and they just lost it.....

      I ordered a ******* that unfortunately had to be shipped through DHL. The driver stopped in front of my house, paused, submitted the proof of delivery, and drove off. Now I'm going through the nightmare of their supposed customer service, which is completely unresponsive to any inquiries. ***** **** ******* ** *** ******

      DHL Delivery is quite passable the worst delivery company in the world. They have never successfully delivered any items to my address the first time. The driver always claims a delivery attempt was made ***** ** ******* ***. On today's I stayed home all day waiting for this important delivery only to get a text message that "a delivery was attempted and failed". *** *** ******* *** ****** ***** *** *** **** *** **** ** ** ***** ****. It is impossible to speak to anyone at DHL, it's like they are trying to avoid all contacts with their customers at all costs. Finding a feedback mechanism for DHL again does not seem to exist. Simply put, i would never personally use DHL to ship a package to anyone.

      Rarely do I garner so much anger to the point of hating a company, but here we go! I absolutely HATE DHL! Their drivers have to be the worst creatures in existence with their lazy, negligence of performing their job. The driver has the address, has the buzz code, my phone number, but do you know what they don't do? They don't even come down my street and then claim I wasn't home to accept the delivery! ********** ***** ****. Their reps are no different either. You can speak to 10 different people, all say the same "helpful" jargon, then do absolutely NOTHING in the end. I was advised by one rep named Adriana that a manager would call me within 2 hours, well 4 hours went by, so I got back on chat and guess what? Miss Adriana didn't even put a request in for the manager to call. Then this new rep pulls the "how do you know the driver didn't come by" card, when they have an online tracker and I HAVE WINDOWS THAT I CAN SEE OUT OF. Like really? I refuse, from this point on, to do business with any company that uses DHL as a courier.

      I was expecting a package with waybill no: ************ which arrived at the Canada DHL facility on August 18th. It was scheduled for delivery on Aug 24th which is tomorrow. On the other hand, I had another delivery with waybill no: ************ which was shipped on August 18th from China. This package was scheduled for delivery on August 22 and is out for delivery for today (23 August). The scheduled expected delivery date is 24 to 26th August and this is getting delivered 1 day before. This is an express service. For the first parcel, I requested for a delivery change for 22 Aug but still DHL could not accommodate the request. And I am expecting it to be delivered on Aug 24th. This cannot be considered as an express service as they have held the parcel at there facility for more than 4 days even though they are scheduled to be delivered on estimated delivery date. It's a bit disappointing that two parcels from almost the same travel distance have different delivery schedules. The first parcel was held for 4 days in a DHL facility which is not what I expected from a DHL express service. Shouldn't all the delivery be made according first come first serve basis for the same DHL express service.

      Worst company ever! I had two suitcases that were shipped together one ended up getting to me after nearly a MONTH of back and forth with DHL (phone calls, emails you name it) where they didn't know where my suitcases were. They also had no idea what customs paperwork I needed, I got a different answer from each person. The other, ended up on the other side of the country and they couldn't tell me why, when I would get it or what they were going to do about it. It took another two weeks to get to me. I should note that these suitcases had the majority of my wardrobe in them as I had just moved countries, so definitely didn't want to wait over a month. And then yesterday they "delivered a package" but when I looked at the cameras we have no such delivery happen. They basically said "we don't have the package anymore so its not our problem". I'm SO fed up with this company. ** *** *** ***** ***** ***
