      Worst company. Delivered my package to a completely wrong address. They said they would deal with it asap and I wasn’t aware asap meant slow and barely communicative. Horrible service, even the person who received it had to call them. ******** ******** Such poor service.

Normally, I ask for another shipping company if I'm made aware, or I don't order. Sadly, these 2 slipped through, and as soon as the Tracking numbers were made, the messages began to arrive. Via text and email I was met with "URGENT" Taxes and duties are owed. You must pay, otherwise you will impact or delay your shipping. I've called DHL directly, and been threatened with non Delivery, even though shipping has been paid. I've been told repeatedly I can avoid paying these charges if I travel to DHL in Oklahoma! If that sounds completely irrational, it is. The parcels were never at Oklahoma. This was said to further distress me, and force me to pay. I always ask for my items to be dropped off at a pick up location, where I can confrim Delivery and pay inperson. Agents on the phone have tried to claim you can't pay inperson due to not accepting cash or debit/credit, **** ** * **** I've picked up & paid in person before. One agent claimed if I paid beforehand it would make Delivery a smoother transaction. **** ** **** * **** *** ***** **** * ****** *** ****** **** *** ******* ** ******** *** **** ***** ** ***** ** ******* ***** ** ***** ** *** ** ******* * ******** ** *** *** ********** ********** *** ******* **** **** * ******* ** *********** ********* ********* **** ***** *** *** **** ********* **** ******* *** **** ***** ** *** ******* ****** **** **** ** **** ******* *** ******** ********* ** ******* **** ***** It's absolutely stressful to see, "YOU MUST PAY. YOU OWE MONEY." messages on your phone constantly. Duties and taxes must be paid before you receive your parcel, and that can happen at the end of Delivery. * ******* **** **** ** **** ** ****** ** **** ** **** *** *** **** ***** *** *** * ********* * ****** ****

      Terrible. Ordered some clothing from an online store. DHL is charging me more than 50% for "Import Fees and Taxes" of the worth of the total order. I am pretty sure DHL takes that money for themselves and it's not what the country where the items are going is charging. Terrible. ** * ***** * ***** **** **** ******* * ******

      Didn't even try to deliver my package, just sent me a message that said that no one was home, but they did not even come to my address. I contacted customer service and they told me that because I don't have a buzz code, which I am fairly certain I added to my delivery instructions, they are not able to deliver even though you can look up to enter the building by name. I contacted them within 30 seconds of them sending me a message to say I was not home, and they told me they will try to deliver tomorrow and nothing else they can do today. Just laziness and not wanting to do the job people are paying them to do.

      I took the Balikbayan box promotion in ** ******. **** ** * **** *** * **** ** ******** *********. The waybill tracking will show no more progress after it is in about 2 months in Manila. If you inquire their customer service will claim that there are missing documents and considered abandon. Despite that fact DHL Canada inspects the box, checks the commercial invoice and gives you Shipment Reciept. They lost my Commercial Invoice claims abandon but they do not inform you. DHL manila will demand payment for duties and lifting of abandonment,SPA ..all amounting to PHP 11000 (275 CAD) more than actual amount of your parcel. ** *** ** ******** **** ****

      *** ****** ** *********** **** ** ****** ***** I paid $80. plus shipping to have notices sent to my email telling me it was delivered. When I contacted them to inquire if the package was delivered to my address they told me no. When I asked them the address they delivered to, they refused. I paid for the shipping and they refused tell me where they delivered my package to. This company should not be in business.

      I can’t even put into words how much I hate DHL. I have rarely ever given a poor review on anything *** ** * ***** **** *** ******** ****** * *****. I have never had a single package delivered by DHL delivered on time, no matter which delivery method was purchased or where in the world the package was being shipped from. DHL has provided terrible customer service with no solutions for their subpar delivery services. The final straw for me which has lead to this review is that I have paid for express shipping and my package has yet to arrive far beyond DHL’s estimated max delivery timeframe. The delivery person has not buzzed my door or read any instructions as to where or how to deliver the package so I keep getting notifications that it is out for delivery but no one attempts to actually deliver the package so I continue to wait even longer. The DHL customer service line is a joke as it lacks any clarity, civility or compassion. I have tried asking a service agent on a few occasions what is going on but their responses have been ************** *** unhelpful. The DHL customer service agent even disconnected the line because they said that they needed to assist another customer who was waiting and weren’t going to continue assisting me with my problem as they were done trying to help me find my package and resolve the issue. I’m astounded at how ************** the whole company has been on every level. I have had parcels delivered from Australia by other delivery services faster than DHL has been able to figure out how to deliver my package from within my town. I would trust a flightless pigeon to deliver something before ever considering using this company again.

      I did not have a good experience. Once I had realized that my package was missing (they had emailed me that it was delivered but was not), I could not get ahold of anyone via phone or email and once I did get ahold of someone, he was **** ** ** on the phone. Took me a whole week to get everything figured out after numerous phone calls and emails by me. Never again

      Two different delivery guys from DHL throw my parcel on the ground. That will be damaged my goods inside the parcel. I can see that on my camera in front of my house. Poor service.
