      ******** ******** I paid $50 to have my passport delivered and then had to drive an hour EACH WAY to pick it up from them as they insisted that my address did not exist! *******!

      *** ******** ***** ******** ******* **** ***** ****, my package was supposed to be delivered last Tuesday, but it never showed up after contacting customer service they lied and said it was delayed by customer even though it shows on te tracker that it cleared customs on Monday! On Wednesday the driver arrived but said that he dosent have my item, contacted customer service again and they moved my delivery date to Thursday, today is Friday and still my package have not arrived, customer service is useless. Not reliable or trustworthy at all even though I paid the express shipping fees Never going to deal with them *** * ***** ****** ******** *** ** **** **** **** ****** *** **** **** ******* ** ****** * ***** ******

      ********** ********* I needed a package rerouted due to an error in the original delivery address. After confirming the correct address (my home address), DHL instead sent my package to a pickup facility an hour away. It's been sitting there for almost a week, and my "specialist" has been of 0 help. ** **** ****** ***** ******** *** ******** ** *******

      *** ******** ******* ** *** ***** ** **** ***** DHL are charging very expensive fees for just an envelope and DHL delivery is not contacting the customer when is at the address!! We paid the same amount on delivery and taxes as we paid for the product itself and you did not make a call to the provided contact number. We are a DHL member with all contact details in the DHL system! All other services always delivered to our address without issues! DHL drivers just simulates the contact and will post a sticker with "sorry we missed you!" to the building entrance for this very expensive service! Absolutely ridiculous for the amount we pay ! ** **** **** **** **** ******** **** ** ** *** ******** **** *** *** ***** Our parcel will have to eventually wait until next week because now is weekend.       * ***** **** ****** * ** *** expensive import fees and taxes, however, the person working at the mobile DHL office at ******** Mall gave me such exceptional customer service. My employer provides me with a flip phone, and we communicate through calls only. I am not tech savvy. I wasn't successful in getting through DHL live so I drove to the DHL closest to me. I made a request to the person at the DHL booth to help me as best she could. I handed her my phone, and she pretty well did the whole process for me. In addition, she was able to make contact through the phone with another DHL person on another related matter. She spent between 10 to 15 minutes with me. Her name is Danielle.

      ** ***** ** * ***** * ***** ****** *** DHL is my worst experience shipping, in April, i shipped a parcel which includes 2 ******* and 1 ****** and couple of accessories, you know, it costs 4000 dollars. After few days, the consignee received it and refused to accept it, as inside of parcel was snacks instead of *******!! The box was opened by DHL, it shows "opened by security checks", i know that, it is normal to check by customs, so i ask customer service representive to request when they opened it and what they found, snack or ******, i guess it is not difficulty to get the result, but a week past, nothing updates happened. * **** ** ***** ** ***** ******* ****** ***** *** ** *** ** *********

      Continuously disappointed. Additional charges layered on after shipping is paid for & Duty being charged on Duty free items are among the many frustrations.
