      * ***** **** **** *** here's my review, the few times I have been subjected to deal with this company the customer support has been almost non existent, the package eventually arrived, but was weeks late and I had to pay additional customs nearly the cost of initial purchase. So if you want to pay double to maybe eventually get your package, ***** ********* ***** **** ******** ******* ** *** ********

      Courier delivered parcel to incorrect destination and when provided photographic evidence of the mistake they blatantly denied that it was their error and we must not know what our front door looks like. I would not recommend DHL for anything as it is apparent that their drivers can’t follow gps directions and their customer service is lower than sub-par.

      DHL doesn't have an option for general complains on their website, so I'll do it here. Yesterday got a delivery from France. Waybill ****. I had watched all these actions from work on my security camera. The delivery person opened my storm door. Threw (didn't put) the package in between door. The package fell half outside. He made a picture, turned around and left. No attempt to close the door and place the package inside. The storm door was moving by wind, and slamming at the package periodically. The package served as a door stop for couple hours. The box was damaged by the door, but luckily the item inside didn't suffer. Sloppy lazy performance, not acceptable. ** **** ****** *** *******

      ********* ******** ******* ** **** ***** ***** **** **** * ***** ** ********* They are holding my package ******* for unpaid import fees (GST/PST). I asked for the invoice as the charges seems very high and out of line. It took forever to get the invoice and when I did they used the value of the goods plus the shipping costs which were substantial and had already been paid to calculate the taxes owed. I followed up with them several times and kept getting the run around. 6 emails and 6 different people replying, each obviously not even reading the emails to try to understand the issue. Also, they have what they call a "Customs Clearance Service Fee" which as I understand is based on a percentage of the total value, ** ** ***** **** ***** ***** ** ********* ******** *****. I have no problem paying the taxes, it just should be the right amount and not including shipping. * ****** *** **** ****** *** ****** *** ** **** ******* **** **** ***** check the value used for calculating the taxes and their extra service fees. ********** **** **** **** ****

      Paid a lot for my package to be delivered since the end of August waited here for it by the 5 th Sept ( I needed it for thec6 th fircJanam Ashtmi ) today is the 13 th of September and still haven’t Received it ! This is the last time I am ever shipping anything with them!

      I get 5 emails in 24 hrs to pay duty. but can't contact anyone by phone. This is ******** customer service!! and Exactly WHY I DON'T USE DHL. Had I known that was the preferred method of shipping from the company I purchased from. I would have paid for alternative shipping!!!

      On Monday at 2.48pm your driver walked in behind a resident, right past our concierge without a package and put a "Sorry we missed you " note on my mailbox. I spoke to customer service who assured me note had been put on my file that the parcel would be handed to the concierge to day (22 August). On Tuesday 22 August your driver came into the building and handed a package ( not mine ) to the concierge and left. At exactly that time I received an email, stating " sorry we missed you " There was No sticker on my mailbox. WE have this on camera *** **** ********** ******* **** ***. The parcel is now 2 days late due to no fault of mine . My own number and buzzer number are supplied.

      They took my money and returned my package back to sender for no reason and now I have to fight to get there extremely high import fee back. It's also not looking good since they told me nothing and I had to contact them to find out what was going on.

      You guys are just the best. Dipti and Ruth really delivered exceptional service to me to day, they came through for my 40th birthday by making my shipment avaliable for pick up today despite the mistakes made by the shipper. DIPTI and RUTH deserves 5 stars. Thank you so much guys.
